Why should a prize winner pay the courier chgs. well in advance? It is my suggestion courier chgs. should be borrow by the lottery committee and may reimburse from the prize winner after encahment of the DD.

don't even give any details of your bank accounts nowadays through telephone banking etc after some verifications it is possible to transfer the fund to another account so using the informations provided by you they may try to transfer the money.
My advice is not to get trapped in such offering, no body is giving free money in internet. I heard of many people who lost their money
