My Phone had won Nokia on-going promotion from UK, advise to do some payments which has been done. The payment has been made to British Revenue Commission. Upon making the payments, I was advised that my Diplomatic Parcel will release shortly to me in PNG but this takes almost a month. I don't really know the delay of this.
Please adviced me accordingly when will my diplomatic parcel reached me in PNG.

I reference to Mr. Albert Isoaimo's case regarding the Nokia On-Promotion of winning of 170, 000 pounds from UK Nokia company.
As advised by the British Revenue Commission to remit some funds to get his diplomatic parcel delivered via DHL Courier Service in London, UK to PNG, in which the remittance has been made.
Upon making the payments, we were advised that my Diplomatic Parcel will release shortly to him in PNG but this takes almost a month. We don't really know the delay of this.
What's taking or prolonging this time.
