Broadband — not working properly

our brodband modem is not working. please look after my complaint. pn no.[protected]

really I'm fedup with the dirty service of M/S.Tata indicom.My user name is [protected]@vsnl.net.
I'm reallywasting money 4 this unlimited stupid service and I'm really thinking to shift to
some other good net providers...and that will be fine for me.

bsnl broad band not working properly
gets disconnected very frequently.

Dear sir,

I have go the broadband connection through the tel.No. 24485242.

I am not getting the internet connection properly. Even afetr trying for it for a long time, sat for about one hour, I get the connection, but it is getting disconnected on its own with in a very sgort time say about 4 to 5 minutes.

I have been making complaint to various persons in your BSNL, but so far no result. ( getteing connection to 1500 or 1504 is very very difficult )

I am really suffering without the internet serives. I am upset with your level of service so far.

I request you once again to look into the mattaer on top priority and solve the probelm permanently.
