Hello Sir/madam,
I m Ritesh Kumar Akodiya i having broadband connection and my Account no is [protected]. last month i m applied the disconnection of that connection but when we Mr Ahish and his says me this month u r not pay monthly just pay only service tax but today i found the this month of bill include the monthly rental him.
so I humble request to you plz solve my this problem.

Respected Sir,

I am using the Broad Band Connection of BSNL with the 250 rental plan.
My average bill since past few months have never exceeded 600 to 700 Rs.

Surprisingly, my this months bill is charged 3083 Rs. excluding the rental.
I humbly deny to pay this amount as I have not used or downloaded the Gb shown in my Bill.

Kindly accept my complain against the bill and please do the needful to provide me the correct and valid bill.

Your early feedback with reference to this matter is expected.

broad band application — not entertaining the application

I have applied for mtnl borad band connection in the month of september in your vile parle east office
my telephone no is[protected]. yet I have not received any reply. Is this the speed with which you give broad band connections? I am applying for it again now online. hope i will get the connection soon

Broadband — change of plan - Broadband 23642374

I had applied for
1. Change of Plan to 500 c + of my broadband connection and

2. Senior citizen concession of 20% of the charges for BB.

No confirmation of acceptance of my request has been received so far

MY DAUGHTER HAD A BROAD BAND CONNECTION A/C NO-315971 ( SWATI GIRLS HOSTLE , DHOBI TALAO), PAYMENT OF WHICH IS LONG OUTSTANDING, FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:-
(1) MY REQUEST FOR TEMP DISCONNECTION DURING VACATION TIME IE, MAY & JUN SUBMITTED ON LINE , WITH OUT A REPLY FROM YOUR OFFICE, HAS BEEN BILLED TO ME.
(2) MY REQUEST FOR DISCONNECTION WEF, 1ST AUG AGAIN HAS NOT BEEN ENTERTAINED, WITH NO APPARENT REASON.
(3) COLLECTION OF BILLING AMOUNT USED TO BE DONE AT THE HOSTLE PREMISES BY YOUR REP WHICH AGAIN HAS DISCONTINUED, AS A STUDENT IT WAS A CONVENIENT ARRANGMENT , AS STUDENT WE HAVE NO TIME TO GO TO MAIN OFFICE.
(4) ON LINE PAYMENT IS NOT CONVENIET NOR DOES TELE COMPLAINT ENTERTAIN BEING AUTO.
IT IS SINCEARLY SUBMITTED THAT THE ABOVE BE CONSIDERED AND A FINAL BILL ALONG WITH INDL CONTACT NO AND BILLING ADDRESS BE FWD TO FINALISE THE ISSUE OF PAYMENT

Broadband — Irregular Connection/Financial inability

Dear Sir:

With a high hope as a retired person I am not been able to continue any extra Financial Burden
In this circumstances, I shall be highly obliged if you kindly disconnect my Broad Band connection
with immediate effect My Telephone No. is 2350 9206 and One phone you have provided with
Broad Band connection No.2352 3147.

My Residential address: 36 Kailash Bose Street, Kolkata 700006 (North Kolkata) under Manicktala
Jurisdiction.

Please do the needful at your earliest and being a Heart patient I am not been able to pay the bill
monthly as I have retired from a Private Organisation - So my Pension amount is just for alive no
other activities will permit.

hello sir,

I am ankush using your broadband connection having number([protected]). I have a complaint. against billing because during installation of broad band your agent( sahib lal) working in sector 35 commit me that their is no installation charge but when i get my first bill......their is a charge of 285 rs. for installation. when I complaint this in customer care..........they write the complaint but didn't give any result.........when I call (sahib lal) for this........they said it is not possible.if it is not possible then how he commit for this.........this kind of attitude your agents shows...........toward customer................it is very discusting................

they did not give me any waver.....when I complaint in sector 35 in yous connect office. .even they did not show me any positive response...this is very bad behaviour with customer..............

please give me the resolution of this.............as soon as possible
