how can i change my password in my broad band connection please tell me solution of it because i think my password is leekout and i dont know how can change the password

Broadband — Excess bill amount

My broadband bill for the month of Jan has rs. 750 excess. Regarding this I had filed a complaint with Customer relationship officer BSNL bangalore on 28th Feb 2009. Till now there is no response from anyone of them.

I have been given 3 telephone numbers to contact but no one answers the calls on all these 3 numbers

Broadband — Modem supplied not good

Dear Sir,

The supplied modem for broad band on rental basis is not working/takes time to get linked to internet, i use my personnel modem purchased outright by B.S.N.L previously at NalconagarAngul were Iwas previously residing.I contacted the S.D.O for return of the modem which iam not using he denied to accept it, He says there is only two options at computer either to purchase or go for rental of the modem and computer will not accept without Modem .Now My position is iam paying rent for the modem iam not using which is kept idle, Please see that the Modem is accepted from me by giving suitable direction to the S.D.O concerened immediately and return my deposited security amount and rent with rate of interest or I will be filling in consumer forum for help.

Broadband — Not able to check Net usage

I m not able to check my intenet monthly usage
I have 500 plan

I am very sorry to let you know that it has been observed the broad band usage bill

of my telephone no 24063653 has received from your end is rS 2207 &RS2095 which

is unexpected and it may bne please noted that i have yet received such bigger amount

within last 12 months. so you are once again requested to rectify the bill amount as resonable

otherwise as a retired man i am not in a position to pay the amountn

My land line no is[protected]. Broadband is not working for last 15 days. I have complained to local JE and SDE, Broadband in Berhampur in Orissa. Till Today it is not solved.

Broadband — Unexpected bill

Sir,
I am from telephone no.[protected].On my january'09 telephone bill it was stated that before 31st March 2009 broad band connection will be free for 15 days as trial offer. For this reason I appliedand it was connected on 25th March 09. But on my 31st March telephone bill contain all the surfing & downloading charges when it was free .The surfing & downloading amount for 7 days was 1452.00 and total bill was 2705.00.
So if you kindly adjust my amount in the next bill I shall be very glad to you.
I am also having the same problem.awaiting for a solution.

Broadband — BROADBAND OF TELEPHONE NUMBER 22135961 NOT WORKING

I am facing problem with my internet connection since 08.06.2009.
I have informed at 1504 on 13.06.09 at 11:54 pm complaint number being[protected] the person refused to tell the channel/position number ) and again on 14.06.09 at 08:02 pm. complaint number being 41601179 at position no 39. I have also sent e-mails to area manager Mr. Jhoku Ram on 09.06.09 and 14.06.09 but the problem still persists.
In the months of September and October I faced problem with my internet connection and my internet connection was down for nearly 20 days. I had informed to area manager and SDO office twice at that time and it took quiet long for normal services to get resumed.
The area manager and the General Manager have been informed by registered post, fax and verbal complaints in their offices.
I hope you will look into the matter to avoid inconveniences to the customers.

I have complained several times as per details below regarding refund of my 500rs paid by cheque no 130539 drawn on punjab national bank chennai for getting a broadband connection in my wife s name [sheetal r ]. one highly irresponsible person mr jai whose mobile no is [protected]collected the cheque from my residence.i had given the cheque on 18/5/09 he promised me the connection within a week, he failed to do so . I asked for refund but he is not responding.I complained over the phone as follows

Broadband — comlaint against a particular employee Sri H. Choudhury, Panbazar Branch for his untoward behaviour

sir,
with due respect i would like to lodged a complaint against one of the employee namely Mr. H. Choudhury of Patsala origin of your esteemed company for his untoward behavior and attitudes. Actually i do not want to drag him but due to his such behavior i could not stop rather i am compelled to write now thinking his today's behavior.

on 14/07/09 i lodged a complaint before Panbazar, Guwahati branch for my braodband connection as the same was not working from last couple of days. My docket number was 14. As there was no response from your official side till next day afternoon i myself requested one of your employee who is a supervisor of my locality to do needful. He then after inspecting the line connection had found that the splitter supplied with the modem was found faulty.

Then i approached before the Panbazar office today itself i.e. on 16-07-09 and there only I found Mr. H. Choudhury sitting on the First table (he may be in charge of faulty article). I narrated my complaint and requested him to do needful. He then asked me to stay sometime and directed one of his juniors to check the splitter. At this moment the situation was simply Ok. But on being found defect he replaced the said splitter with a old one which was also seems to be pathetic condition. Then i requested him to replace the same with a new one. But he suddenly rebuked on me and told me" to buy it from open market, we never replace with a new one to any body". Thereafter I further requested him to replaced it with a old one but with better condition. Oh! he suddenly became stunt and behaved like an illiterate person by uttering some flimsy and unconstitutional words and asked me to lodge the same with higher authorities.I was really astonished and for a moment i was thinking that the way he was taking with a customer, being like a boss, he may be the high officials of your esteemed company. But setting aside my those thinking, i then step forwarded as for my opinion, being a employee of a public office, can't be done such type of inhuman behavioral attitudes to the general public.

I then approached to his senior Mr. Sutrodhar, a nice gentleman, who immediately asked him to replace the same with a better condition. He was the person who was witnessed of the above incident.

Broadband — BSNL USAGE STATUS

If i go to dataone.in site for checking my broadband usage, they said

You don't have permission to access / on this server. IBM_HTTP_Server/6.1.0.3 Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) PHP/5.2.1 Server at hosting.bsnl.in Port 80

So, I can't view my usage status, Reply What to do, Kindly send me in my mail or my telephone No : [protected]

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. me regularly making complaint on 1504, they r giving some complint number but till date the same was not attended. I[censored] really sort out my grivances, just send some one from MTNL and sort out my problem. my cell no. [protected].

Broadband — No broadband connection

I am a resdident of Viman Nagar in Pune. Iam not getting Broadband connection in my house even though iIhave a landline installed.They say there is no feasibility. But there is a BSNL broadband connection in the house just below mine.

Broadband — ADSL CONNECTION NOT GIVEN YET.

Dear Sir,

Till 01.10.2009 I was a proud owner of BSNL Landline, BSNL Mobile etc. I had applied for BSNL Broad Band Connection in Sept 2009.I had not purchased the ADSL Modem as the same was lying with me. On Ist oct. 2009 we received a telephone call from your local exchange informing us that Broadband facility has been started. While connecting the modem with Telephone line I found that ADSL light was not there at all. Although BSNL people have provided me the User ID and Password for broadband connection. I lodged complaint with your local exchange. I was informed that BSNL has outsource the Broad Band connection to some company and they will see the matter. Since on 2nd Oct. was holiday, (although I lodged a complaint with 1500, Jaipur for the same on 01.10.2009) so on 03rd oct. I personally visited to patel Marg, Mansarover Exchange, Jaipur and informed about the problem. I requested them to let me show the ADSL light at the Modem installed at Exchange. When they tried the same, they found that there was no broadband connection on my telephone no. Later on in the evening they informed me that at NIB Exchange, M.I. Road, jaipur there was some problem on my broadband connection. I continiously lodged complaints on 1500. Your BSNL personals tried to convince me to contact the person of outsourcing firm but I did not contacted him. The result is that till 05.10.2009 the ADSL line has not started on my telephone.

The above instances have make me to think about the services of BSNL and its outsourcing Agencies.

Kindly do the needful in the matter so that my broken faith could re-instated in BSNL.
