Sir, a Street Light Pole No. BSES/C-146,147,148,149 near H.No. f-144,khjouri colony, Delhi-110094, provided in Main Road, is not working for last Four Months. We have complained several times (3 times to Councilor and 2 time to BSES regd. on online), but no action has been taken yet. One time come BSES...

the eractic power supply in the Malviya nagar L block is creating the problems.There is a lot of voltage fluctuation . The cables are loose to the incoming supply in L block near Shiv Mandir in Malviya Nagar.

On road there is lot of traffic runs/ moving at night. Due to failure street light there is possiblity of major accident.You are requested to take necessary action and instructions to field staff.

BSES — NO ACTION TAKEN FROM BSES AFTER 20 HOURS

I AM A RESIDENT OF INDIA AND RESIDING IN GH-14/498 PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI I HAD MAKE A COMPLAINT IN BSES ON[protected] AT AROUND 5.00 PM WITH COMPLAINT NUMBER 3549 THAT IN OUR WHOLE BUILDING METERS A VERY HIGH SPARKING(WITH FIRE) WAS OBSERVED AND THE SAME WAS INTIMATED TO BSES BUT TILL NOW I.E.[protected] AT 2.00 PM NO ONE HAD VISITED THE CONSULT AREA . WE CALLED THE BSES MANY TIMES YESTERDAY AND INTIMATED THE SAME TO THEM AND WE AGAIN CALLED UP BSES TODAY[protected] THEY PROVIDED NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER I.E. 2947. THIS MAIL IS JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION ONLY THAT IF ANY MIS HAPPENNING WILL CAUSED WHO WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE. IF ANY FINANCIALY OR HUMAN LOSS OCCUR WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.

I had contacted customer care executive of BSES on 05/08 for change of Bulb on street light pole no. DWKXPP 1270 & 1267they give me a Complaint No. 1650 dated 05/08 but the bulb was not changed by the department. I again contacted on 12/08/2010 they told me your complaint will be sort out within 48 hours. but my complaint was not solve by the department. so I reauested to concern officer to take the immediate action and change the bulb of Pole No. DWKXPP 1270 & DWKXPP 1267.

Respected Sir,
I had constructed my house three years ago. I have electric connection from the neighboring street, having the posts placed there years before in my street. And I have to pay extra amount for getting the connection from the neighboring street. Our street has seven or eight houses. In the evenings People from other streets coming to our place for drinking, drugs, immoral activities extra in our street because there is no street light. It is a big disturbance for us who are living there. Now it is raining to much also and there are so many kind of insects also disturbing us.
So, Sir please is kind enough to put the wires & Street lights as early as possible.
