BSNL 3g Usb Modem — Fault in providing assured service, poor customer support

I purchased a BSNL 3G USB modem from BSNL telephone exchange on 3 august 2010 against cash payment of Rs. 2500/- and used a 2G sim for 2 days. On 5 August I purchased a 3G sim and got it recharged and activated with total payment of Rs 180. When I used it on 3G modem, I got only 200MB free usage against the 6 GB plan advertised on BSNL website. According to BSNL promotional offer, those customers purchasing USB data card from BSNL and use 3G sim and get it activated get 1GB/Day and 5 GB/Night free usage for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase.

The cost of this plan otherwise would be Rs 606 per month. So I get Rs 1212 free internet usage from BSNL. But I have not been provided with this facility. So I want to register a cheating/fraud and denial of service charges against the company.

When I called 123 from my BSNL mobile no. the automated response came that 3G has not been activated on my mobile. While from the exchange computer, it shows to be activated. The customer care executive Mr. Prashant told that once my complete documents were faxed to main office, I will get the service. But officials at BSNL denied any such conditions.

The SDE at yamunanagar division told that they have not received any official letter from BSNL regarding any such offer and if it were so, it should've been automatically activated.

So I want to register a complaint, ask BSNL to provide this plan for 2 months or Refund the value of amount Rs 1212 or at the worst refund my amount of Rs 2500 and take the USB modem back.

3g usb modem — wrong information or cheating

i have take pre paid plan of 196 rs. per month and speed of internet described 236 kbps but when i use that plan ,,the speed was so slow it round about 12,,to 80 kbps and it is not consistant...then i ask in customer care office ,, they reply that it is because of network but when i check network,,it was full network.....so please solve this problem fast otherwise i have to go consumer forum.and register the complain...

BSNL — Poor service and faulty modems

Attention commercial officer, JC and concerned office. I am a BSNL Broadband unlimited home plan user. customer ID [protected], Acc No [protected]. this mail is to bring to the notice o[censored]nresponsive and disorganised office of BSNL musheerabad sector that in-spite of me making numerous complaints about the no Internet service at my residing house they have failed to solve the issue. i paid in full for the WiFi modem and Internet service in the month of Nov 2010 and i haven't had the service till mid of Dec 2010. BSNL blamed the delay on lack of availability of WiFi modem. Later BSNL provided me with a used WiFi modem which stopped working after few weeks and after repeated complaints BSNL fixed a so called new modem [ it was not in any sealed package or came with any guarantee]. at this point i didn't care much if it was a new modem or not as i am sick of complaining. how ever to my disbelief the so called new modem stopped working. all in all i am left with a faulty modem worth 1800Rs, no Internet service for more than one month in the three month period i have been with BSNL, lot of frustration and disrespect for the government sector services. i am sorry to have come to conclusion that my wish to be a part of government service user in a way to strengthen the work force of BSNL instead of some private company proved wrong and unfortunately i have to join the group pro privatization. BSNL i paid you and you work for the customer and live of the customer pay not the other way.if you have any ethics please provide me with a new modem rather than asking me to visit different locations to get one. Thank you

USB 3G MODEM — CHEATING

I have purchased a USB 3G Modem from BSNL Office Mo Road Trichur Kerala but when i have a complaint about the product i find the following irregularities.I kindly request your good office to take necessary action at the earliest.
1.The vision teck is marketing their product unauthorisely utilising the ground floor of the BSNL office and their peoples pretending as BSNL staff and directing peoples to various sections Hence peoples are purchasing their product considering that this is a product recommended by BSNL.Thus they are deteriorating the good will and reputation that BSNL earned through years of customer satisfaction.2.Take strong action against the company for utilising the BSNL office for marketing their products and people responsible for this irregularity and ask the company to pay money back to those customers they are not satisfied with the product on surrendering the same
