[Resolved] BSNL Bangalore — Telephone dead for the past one month

S.B.DHAMU [protected] No:56 / 57, Rajyotsava ngr, Rajiv Gandhi rd, Jaraganahalli, JPN Blore-78. My Residence above telephone is totally dead for the past one month. BSNL has blocked their Fault Reporting system to register my complaint. Many times I Personnally visited to meet the area AE & DE. No response to my follow ups. Due to the Dead status of my land line No Broad Band services also. They say it is not possible to rectify the cable defect. But they are charging me with their bills regularly with out fail every month even though they are competant to provide their services to me. My landline was not working from the past one week. I dialled the fault booking number 23332198. Its voice recorder instructed me to enter my telephone number. After entering my landline number I got a message that this number is a non-working number(!) and that I should contact the section supervisor on telephone no. 23338888. It is now 2 P.M. I have been dialling the no. from 10 A.M. and could not get. Nobody has responded in this number. This is the BSNL Bangalore system method of fault booking.

I had registered a complaint on no 23622198. The complaint number is 9129. No action has been taken since 1 week. Is there anything BSNL can do about it.
