[Resolved]  BSNL Bangalore — Poor customer service!

My BSNL landline with telephone number[protected] is not working since past 3-4 days. There is no dial tone nor the instrument rings when calling. I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at theearliest.

Yes, I agree with complaint... I too applied for BSNL broadband, even after 2 months I didn't get connection. After that I called divisional manager and after that I got the connection (to get the divisional manager i have to call ten times BSNL office). But, you know this call made low level employees (the employees who come and give connection) very angry towards me, he was threatning me that this kind of complaints to higher authority will create a line problem, then i blasted that guy like anything, that bugger is thinking that BSNL is the only service provider in India. Hell with BSNL and the employees. They dont know how to talk with customers. Atleast they should show some loyality for there salary... One of the worst service...
When it comes to custmer care BSNL is the worst. As long as your phone is working it is well and good. But once anything goes wrong, you can not do anything other than just pray to god to get the phone get repaired as soon as possible.

My phone was not working for 3 days and i was using broadband to work from home. So all the 3 days i had to take off. Again after 2 days my phone went off. Again i had to take leave. The worst part is that, none of the customer care numbers can tell you when are they going to rectify the problem.

Then problem was not only in my house, but around 50 houses even then the response was too bad. I recommend people to go for any other telephone service providers if you are doing some critical work using the phone.

I took new mega student plan Sim on 30-06-08 it's activated on 01-07-08 but after sending an Sms 10ps
is detected from my account.so please fix this problem soon.in this plan it's mentioned 2000 Sms's are free then also its detected from my account.so rectify this problem soon
in k.r.puram, ayyappanagar area very worst service giving bsnl. bcoz when power gone means landline whill be dead, i complent(to A.E) many times but they didn't take any action.
iam using broadband also, am not satisfying bsnl service. bcoz in 30 days 10 to 15 days only using internet remaining days not working phone. i think simply paying 750 rupees for every month...i hate bsnl, i h...te...i.h...te...bsnl.
so don't be lose ur customers bcoz ur not giving free connection me, plz try to understand why this much angry showing u means. i suffering last 5 to 6 months.

BSNL, one of the worst service provider. I'm dwelling in ayyappanagar and I'm using bsnl broadband service for past 4 months. most of the time the bloody landline will be dead.If I complained, the CACT exchange AE is telling that there is no power back up here when power fails. He said that he would solve this problem. But still there is no action taken. I wonder what the hell will these bloody bsnl people be doing. i think paying 750+tax for this service a month is a waste.BSNL is proud that it has launched high speed internet for the first time in india but I'm proud that I'm getting worst service from the great BSNL. Come on BSNL wake up, its time for you to work. I will be damn thankfull to bsnl people if they solve this.
The worst service I ever experienced. Recently there was a BSNL mela, the pople at mela were so kind and promising which turned my mind that the BSNL might have changed over time and applied for a new broadband connection. The personnel at mela promised me that they will be giving the connection within 4 days. Its almost been a month, I have visited BSNL office in my hectic schedules at least 15 times in a month, but no use. because of my 15 visits, the work is a bit under progress but I am literally pissed off and feeling like to attempt suicide. No body picks up the phone, after irritating them calling again and again, they pickup and hold but will not speak. even i you scold they will not speak. One says it will be done tomorrow every time i call. I don't know when that tomorrow comes. I don't want to waste my time writing the whole story of 1 month.

Dont ever go for BSNL in your life. If you do so, either you will die out of frustration or you will go mad if you have too much of patience.

Believe me, If you have ever tried, that would have been the worst experience if your life.

I thought Reliance is the worst, but I think no one else can be more worst than BSNL.

I know, there is no use even posting it here, Just to take our some of my frustration.
Since from yesterday (sunday evening), i am trying to recharge my bsnl num, its not getting done.. Instead of i am getting error "network busy try later", i called many times to customer care, its of NO USE..

Please try to rectify, as soon as possible.. Hope it will be corrected in minutes..

Since Feb-08, I am struggling to get my Broadband services up on shifting the phone from Kammanhalli to Ram Murthy Nagar. BSNL staff at Ram Murthy nagar exchange is totally ignorant and just take your mobile number to avoid picking up call from you. Inspite to several trips to RM Nagar exchange, my Brandband connection is still not up. Shifting telephone alone took nearly 5months, now I do not know till when I have to wait for Broadband connection. Most incompetent team, had this been a private organization having so many consumer complaint, they would have been fired by now. But unfortunately without any ownership and responsibility they are enjoying good pay and secured pension at the cost of others.

Is there anyone to resolve issues in BSNL or they are trained just to delay the process ?
i am at hsr-II layout, bangalore. my phone (No. 22790071.) is not working properly from last 6 months neither the telephone bills comes regulary to me. further after taking duplicate bills and making payment phone made to be disconnected. no use giving complain to all connected officials of that area, lineman etc... they are just dafe..decided not even hear the complain. are there anybody to make note of this???

If we send mails to some email id like yahoo, rediffmail after one day we are getting a delivery notification failure. I called to customer care center they told some body will call back. till now nobody called me.

My mobile is not working since 2 days. I've 2 SIM cards, both are not working since 2 days. I am continuously in contact with BSNL customer care, but not getting satisfying reply or solution to problem. If call is given to mobile it says "Network Busy". Please do the needful at the earliest, as without phone its difficult to be in contact.

HI friends- the same is here, but shall i tell you one thing, writing here is not going to solve your problem coz...in BSNL all uneducated people are there they even dont know what is internet and what is forum, so wasting time here not worthy, just forget BSNL and go for any other service provider you like, slowly every one will do the same.

My complaint no is 0634 dt 26.05.09, (TEL No[protected] days have already passed by till the coamplan booked. No body even bothered to call me up to say when it could be attended, when any pvt. service provided ready to provide service within 24 hrs. It seems BSNL a basic service provided company still to heive off the image of Legacy Tel Company when you do not enjoy the monopoly market in India. Kindly retrospect and come out from the shell to face the real challanges in this competetive market to be leader other wise may wait for the inevitable to happen
