BSNL — Cross Talking

I am using the BSNL postpaid connection my mobile no is [protected] last two month i have some problem my connection. some time i speak with incoming or outgoing calls i ear cross talking i complained the customer care office but they did not yet solve my problem

I would like to inform you that i have a Broadband connection home plan 250/- via Telephone No.[protected] in the name of espan logix sir, i have received one Brodband usage charge bill anmount is 1850/-and due date 04/10/2010 sir i unable to pay this amount becouse i am not getting any information about usage charge. please look the matter and reply me as soon as possible.

My phone isnt working... just over a couple of months now.. i think this is normal with BSNL looking at rectifying any issues... I have saved all those bills you are sending me.. please do the needful[protected]

My telephone number 28483422 is dead since 4 month. three time compliant made to KENGERI exchange but no action for solve the complaint.

Kengeri exchange is not ready to accept written complaint.

I'm Venu, We took BSNL Connection along with Broadband one year ago. Landline No:[protected] My Landline and braodband are not working and even the instrument(telephone) is also not working properly and it was dead since a month. We booked a complaint. But no action was taken so far. I could not use Broadband connection & Call to others from Landline because of it. Even the Lineman and JE not responding inspite of repeated requests.i have called so many times, simply we are paying the bill without any usage of landline and broadband. I'm requesting you to solve the problem as soon as possible, , because we are paying every month...Please lineman to check where the problem...Thankyou in Advance
