I am requesting the BSNL authorities since first week of December, 2015 to activate my Data service in my Mobile No. [protected], having Plan of Rs. 525/-. On the advice of Call Center I also went to BSNL Office at Wireless, Dispur on 10.12.2015. My handset was also shown to them. However, they also failed to give Internet connection. Then, I lodged a Complaint under No. 1L 10720200. The complaint is still unresolved. To-day also I talked to one Ms Sharmila at the Call Center. She also confirmed that the complaint is still open but could not give any reason.
