[Resolved]  BSNL — non functioning of landline phone

BSNL Landline phone — non functioning of phone

my land line phone no[protected] was not working properly since 4/5 days and has now it has totally stoped functioning..sometimes it suddenly starts functioning and in a few minutes it again stops functioning.

BSNL — Non Function of Land Phone

Dear Sir,
My Land Telephone No.[protected] is non functional since last month. Complain was lodged but after getting it functional, again got dead on the same day. The details are as under:

MY LANDLINE PHONE 252410 OF CHOLTHARA EXCHANGE REGISTERD ON NAME SH. RAMLAL IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST ONE MONTH.I REGISTERED COMPLAINT 2 TIME BUT NO RESULT.I AM PAYING THE BILL ON TIME.

ON THE ONE SIDE BSNL IS SAYING TO PROVIDE BEST SERVICE, BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
