[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not getting broadband connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for BSNL broadband on 25th Oct 2008 from my phone[protected], and on 4th Nov 08 i got the necessary user id and password through my telephone and a person from the same person from the BSNL told me that he will come and connect the Broad band, but since then neither he came nor the broadband connect for a single time. Every time it was shown complain no. 678. I have already docketed 3-4 complain ( 3 time on phone - i.e call centre and one time personaly to BSNL office which is near Yerwada ) but i was told by tel authority that it is not a problem of BSNL and apart from this I got the bill for the broadband for the moth of Nov 08 ( which is just wastage of money without single use of the Broadband.). I am confused. please help. Is I am liable to pay the Broad band charges? Please help me.

BSNL — Net is not coming

net is not coming,its coming for 2 mins then it cuts again.so we are not able to use it bcoz of frequintly net cut.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband account not activated

I received a BSNL connection and modem one week ago but the account is not activated yet. Everytime I call someone I am tild that the account will be activated in a few hours and this has been going on for 5 days.

TURBOPOWER — BSNL Broadband

I am using the B.B. BSNL Modem Connecting with the Telephone No: 2592 7743 from last one and half years. From last six months suddenly my B.B. Telephone bill amount increased gradually up to Rs.2500/- per month. I informed the trouble to my exchange instantly but still the day they don’t had the time to solve the problem but over telephone instructed me to clean the computer virus as their expert comments. I am sure my commuter is always out of virus effects. Naturally due to the existing error the Bill of Dec-Jan became Rs.3740/-, which is unbelievable, and I am not capable to pay the error amount from this month. Your suggestion please.

after applying for a broadband connection from my phone [protected] , i got the modem & other accessories on 4th feb, 2008. i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown complain no. 678. i have already docketed a complain but i was told by tel authority that it is a problem of a server of bangalore and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.

I have applied for BSNL broadband 6 months back and still yet to recieve a connection . I already have a landline connection with modem. After so many queries with officers at bsnl the reesponse is "they do not have enough capacity"!!! So now iam stuck and wondering what to do new next...

bsnl datdone broadband — broadband trouble

My broadband from past 15 days [half a month] is showin problem regardin connectivity, link fluctuation and once connected gets disconnected evenly after few minutes and to make it work again i have to switch modem on and off again and agin after every 2-5 mins.
I called SDO but even after a week callin him regulary daily my net is not working properly.MR SDO adviced me to change the modem and i did it but then also my problem remains as it is.Its not that the SDO is not taking pain for the complaint correction but so far he not able to identify the problem only i mean thats is something very strange !!
I hope the problem gets solved as soon a possible
I have been alloted broad band connection, but till i have't recieved any modem or connection from bsnl, whereas they charged the modem charges. Kindly arrange to solve the problem.
i m using home 250 plan .since the last 2 months i m not able to check my dataone usage on the dataone website as it does not open .also i m unable to open wbsites like yahoo, orkut, and a many others .i have logged 6 complaints at the bsnl office, not one has been answered. i got my pc checked by an engineer and he confirmed it to be ok and that the problem lies with the service provider
I have applied for broadband on 31st April, 2008. Today is the 12th of May. I have received all necessary accessories bot haven't yet received the password. The local staff tells us that we will get it after sometime, however he isn't able to tell us about the exact time period. This is very shameful for BSNL. I hope stern actions are taken.

i have complained many times but no person has come here. I have broad band 6000ul+ connection. And it never works proper from the date i have purchased it. No proper respose given by the BSNL office they have given one small modem Siemens C2110 it not gives the link properly. The link of the modem is not in continuty. After every 5 minute i have to restart the modem. Our Branch is online we do all work on the internet. So, we have taken this connection. But it is useless because it is not working properly. So our money is going use less.

Take the proper action.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — NOT GETTING GOOD SERVICE AFTER TAKING BROAD BAND CONNECTION

I HAD VISITED YOUR GUJARAT-VADODARA-MAKARPURAROAD OFFICE AT LEAST FOR 10 TIMES FOR MAKING COMLAIN REGARDING THIS BUT NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON IS COMING FOR HELPING ME. dataone broadband connection — landline disconnection procedure for get back net connection

I had a dataone broad band coneection on land line[protected] due to not paying bill it was disconnected and our land line number was alloted to other customer can you kindly mail me the procedure to
1.get back my broad band net connection
3.can i access with out landline connection
2. can i access net via wireless connection and contact people

The broadband 750 unlimited connection plan is WORST in ahmedabad...not getting proper connectivity instead of paying Rs. 750/-...

It's a WORST service of BSNL broadband...Instead of calling so many time to the BSNL concerns..not a single step taken by the BSNL people..

Lots of complains are pending...do not go for BSNL broadband...anymore...be aware...
i m using the bsnl broadband service since 2 months..and i use the "http://bbservice.bsnl.in/" site to check my usage but my complaint is that i can never know my total monthly usage because the last 2 days of the month ..this site is kept for maintance and i cant able to see my total usage..
in the last month on the date of 28 may my usage was near abt 2000 mb but then when the bill come it show me that i have used 3500mb ..which i have not used and i have no proof that i have not used that because last 2 days of the moth "http://bbservice.bsnl.in/" alwats stay in maintance...
soo please consider this issue.

Sir,

I regret to state here that my Connection No. 28442456 is equipped recently with Broadband line and even after almost 72 hrs and even after the assurance given by your DE it is yet and as on time to get activated. Not only the new connection of your Broadband but also my Landline which got rectified after 3 days it was dead last week. This is really a possr method of functioning by a Public Sector larger Unit.

Atleast one should be there to get the thing done after the 2nd attempt of complaint if not get it done at the first attmept. Now I am in a different mind whether to go for this Braodband which is yet to get activated if it not done so by today evening or by tomorrow in the first hour so that to switch over to other key players in the market who are rendering excellent services when comparing to BSNL i.e. before and after installation and activation.

The responsibility is left at your discretion about my compalint and I am sure that not only me but no subsriber will have reply from this Larger Unit of BSNL as I too one among the suffere earlier for different causes.

i'm using bsnl broadband for nearly 7 months now the speed of the connection is very slow and is disconnecting at regular intervals of time at the same time i'm unable to use the net during the hapyhours i.e., from 02:00am-08:00am net is connecting and is disconnected after some is not connecting showing some errors tcp/ip.plz rectify the problems soon

BSNL Broadband — Not getting New connection

I was looking for a new Broad band connection.
I tried Airtel since i was satisfied with their service...But no luck No free ports available in Electronic City...

i approached Tataindicom...they only provide Wilreless B.band...i paid 4496 (4 months advance)...they provided new connection...but i am not at all satisfied with their service (it takes time to connect initially...after long wait it connect...but very poor download...

i am tring to approach BSNL ([protected]) <----why did they put ad. on most of the places (Bus, posters, bills, hoarding, cinema stars...it is of no use)...No one is picking up the phone as i could see others also facing same problem...when BSNL will become like other private companies...i really shame of our Gov. Organitations...they should wake up after seeing these kind of feedback...

Can anyone suggest me non-Wireless Broad band service providers in E.city
