[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not getting broadband connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for BSNL broadband on 25th Oct 2008 from my phone[protected], and on 4th Nov 08 i got the necessary user id and password through my telephone and a person from the same person from the BSNL told me that he will come and connect the Broad band, but since then neither he came nor the broadband connect for a single time. Every time it was shown complain no. 678. I have already docketed 3-4 complain ( 3 time on phone - i.e call centre and one time personaly to BSNL office which is near Yerwada ) but i was told by tel authority that it is not a problem of BSNL and apart from this I got the bill for the broadband for the moth of Nov 08 ( which is just wastage of money without single use of the Broadband.). I am confused. please help. Is I am liable to pay the Broad band charges? Please help me.

I have made an complaint regarding my ADSL light is not working and i am unable to browse . and asked the customer care peoples to call and comfirm me when they will be coming since i am at work i have to move down and wait, so confirm me as soon as possible in this no [protected]
I have following complaints against BSNL- Karnataka Broadband. Please tell me how I will take actions against the BSNL-Karnataka Broadband services because this is hugely effecting my business. One more thing is to put this complaint on your website, because its very helpful & those who think of subscribing for BSNL Karnata Broadband services, better watch out...

Internet is not working till date. I pay advance every month but still my internet service is not working. This is very worst service from BSNL-Karnataka. This worst service is effecting me & my business vey badly. Who is responsible for this?

Every month I face these problems.

There is nothing called Customercare in Govt organisations like BSNL. They only issue you with complaint No’s. But the complaint just remain status quo, they are never resolved... Customercare No is on hold continually. If the phone is connect after waiting 6 minits the customercare executives disconnect the phones. If write a email no there is no response of email. If any one registers complaint online customer executive mark the problem solved.

Their people are the worst. Though there are huge remarks about improvement in customer service from BSNL, the truth is what I'm experiencing.

bsnl broadband service(home combo) — no account details receiving

sir, my bbservice user id is chan_415227. I have been using this bbservice since 9th nov 2008 but my I have not been getting my usuage details from the BSNL BROADBAND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT. This site showing "no usuage record found" under my portal id (cha[protected]). If I dont find my usuage details regularly I may run out my usuage limit under the plan opted which may suffer me economically.
I therefore request you to kindly resolve my problem immediately so that I am able to know my usuage regularly.

i am mohammedhusian shaikh from jamalpur ahmedabad using ur broadband since 6 months...and i have complain regulary...connection is not working or speed is slow and disconnection again and again is regular...in a week 2 days broadband is not working in a week...

before that many times i send u complains and i think jamaplur exchange is not working properly all staff...of broadband i think u need one big inspection here at jamaplur exchange...server is not working and connection is not there is regular complain of mine..i[censored] want u dial and talk to jamalpur staff no one will pick ur phone between 12-30 to 3-30 in the afternoon...so where we complain for boradband...



i need ur help and immidiate attention on jamalpur exchange in ahmedabad...

after applying for a broadband connection from my phone *******, i got the modem & other accessories on ******** i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown complain no. 678. i have already docketed a complain but i was told by tel authority that it is a problem of a server of bangalore and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.
My Telelphone No. is [protected] is currently not working, when i call to this no. i can hear the ringing but the there is no sound and we can't call from this No. plase take the necessary action to currect this telephne.

i am broad band user since you started your service of broad band. I regrett to inform that i am getting repeated disconnection of broad band. some time i get server is not reachable some time i get page can not be displayed. i never used get such problem. this proble started during the month of dec and jan 09. plz rectifie the defect. i am fed up calling 198, 12678, 1500.

Dear Sir,

I am having serious performance issues with BSNL broadband[protected] for the last 2 weeks. The issue is that internet is getting disconnected very intermittantly. DSL is very unstable. almost every 10 mins once the net will go off and on. I have called up all the Customer care, Area Manager, Area Incharge but for no help. I have also registered a complaint (NO. 0209/16, 0209/139). I have confirmed that there is no issue with the modem as i tried connecting to a different line where net was working fine and found with my modem also the net was perfect.
This has affected a lot as my wife is working from home and not able to complete the job on time.
I request some one to look into this ASAP and get this resolved.

Till date I never use the internet morethan 15 minutes continuesly. I had complaint many times but no action taken from BSNL. what can i do? What is the use of internet connection? Broadband — Phone Connection Provided but Account is not activated

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I took a BSNL broad band connection one week back. I am using Laptop with Windiows Vista operating system. When the bsnl provided modem i got a instruciotn guide how to make a connection except for windiows vista. They provided the following customer service numbers to get this information. The numbers are: 23210001, 23210002, 23210003 and 1500. I am trying to call since one week but no body lifting the call and hearing my complaint. Please provide me the solution how to activate my account for windows vista operating system.

BSNL — broad bank conection still awaited

I applied for BSNL land line with braod band connection at Nanganallur Telephone Exchange, chennai 600061. I was told that as there is no immediate provision for land line phone I was instructed to apply for WLL phone and I complied with the instruction. Though the WLL connection of 29722601 was provided for my residence there seems no initiation for installation of broad band to my telephone connection.
Inspite of several communication with the telephone exchange, Nanganallur, the main purpose for my application of phone connection is to provide board band connection which is not fulfilled even after two months of my application.
Kindly enlighten me with the reason for delay.
