[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Plan not changed

i have given application to bsnl office burdwan(W.B.) to change my broadband plan from plan home 250 to plan home 500 on 26th oct 2009.......but yet they didnt change my broadband plan...........is it take this much time to change the plan...........

MEINE MARCH 2011 MEIN BROADBAND KA UNLIMITED PLAN LIYA JISKE ANTERGAT LANDLINE PHONE KA TARIFF(RENT) free aur 350 unit talktime free batlaya gaya.March se May2011 tak rent charge nahi kiya gaya lekin 350 unit ke antergat call rahne ke bad bhi usage charge kiya jaraha hai.meine senior AO MR ALAM SE MAY2011 MEIN KAYEE BAR BHENT KI.MUJHE KAHA GAYA KI CALCUTTA OFFICE KO LIKH DIYA GAYA HAI.MAY2011 ke bill mein bhi usagecharge kiya gaya.
