BSNL Broadband — Be carefull
I have bsnl broadband home 500(kolkata) and paid advance for one year.after using 4 month we apply to change plan, home 750ul+ after long afford they change it but done it monthly and charge 750 extra for new plan without adjusting our money which we paid in last plan.again after long correspond they do it yearly but did not adjust our due money, and from that day they sending bill every month including late charges without adjusting our money.last whole year visiting from one officer to another,from one place to another there is no one who can solve our problem,now this year they double the amount of bill near about 16500%, they cut my broadband line last year after 15 days for not paying bill,but sending us full bill every month. after doing again and again request to adjust our money and send us bill they continue sending same bill,it is not possible for us to pay such amount for us,at present near about Rs -4600/ due in BSNL (our) it is very difficult to go in court or consumer court,because that is also very expensive and time taking for us.they mad my life miserable .my only crime is this that i applied for BSNL broadband connection. i am writing this latter not only for me but other thousands of innocent people who are suffering in their horrible grip.so i requiting every one, before applying BSNL broadband connection please go toBSNL consumer forum and read customers experiences about this Indian government institute, because once you applied it is very difficult to come out and save yourself from their strong grip, you are totally on their mercy.Thanks you hear we can express our pain. sir,

BSNL Broadband — BroadBand Billing Problem -22280314
Sir,This is regarding the broadband connection for the number 22280314. Iam using BSNL Broadband(Home 500C) for the last one and half years. When I checked the broadband usage for the month of FEB'10, I came to know that they have included the free time (2 AM-8 AM) units in Chargeable units on 12-02-10. So Now my bill reads as 2.5 GB usage and my bill amounts to RS 1263. But the original bill excluding that day would be 550. When I contacted the accounts officer, she told that she can reduce only marginally and tells me to pay around RS 1000. I request you to provide suitable solution.

i got the broadband connection from 17/02/2010 in unlimited 750.i already paid the deposit amout for this connection on 10/02/2010 at the time they told no more charges for this connection hereafter.but now they send the bill with 1000 rupees for connection.i bought the modem and i have the bsnl connection morethan five years.please verify our telephone bill sir.i'm in sankarankovil, tirunelveli district.my number is[protected].kindly verify our bill and reply soon sir.

BSNL Broadband — cannot find usage
i used to get my usage details from the site www.data.bsnl.in .but now i dont get it from there.It is redirecting to anothter page for bhubaneswar customers but that page is not working for me.
My BSNL broadband connection. this is a commercial connection for bussiness purpose. The problem is link failure. Frequently 2 to 3 minutes please help me immediately.
