[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — RUDE BEHAVIOUR - CUSTOMER CARE
Beware of Customer Care of Broadband Internet services of BSNL . I am a customer of dataone broadband. The answering by the customer care is so RUDE AND RASH that you will fear whether to call or not the next time. These Govt people work in these manner only. The present customer care person first asked me in a rash...What is your problem? ( as if i am burden to her and as i have done something harm to her) . Then i asked what is bill amount, she said...wait ( in a rude manner)...then she took 15 full minutes and was bussy discussing personal [censored]s and fantasies with her colleague. And after 15 mts, I had to keep off the call...I amgiving the complaint now and also thinking of disconnecting the connection since other private players doesnt have so much of EGO problems in answering thecall in a pleasant manner. Great Going BSNL BROADBAND...MERRI BADDUA LAGGEY TUMM SAB LOGON KO.
