[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — RUDE BEHAVIOUR - CUSTOMER CARE

Hi all,
Beware of Customer Care of Broadband Internet services of BSNL . I am a customer of dataone broadband. The answering by the customer care is so RUDE AND RASH that you will fear whether to call or not the next time. These Govt people work in these manner only. The present customer care person first asked me in a rash...What is your problem? ( as if i am burden to her and as i have done something harm to her) . Then i asked what is bill amount, she said...wait ( in a rude manner)...then she took 15 full minutes and was bussy discussing personal [censored]s and fantasies with her colleague. And after 15 mts, I had to keep off the call...I amgiving the complaint now and also thinking of disconnecting the connection since other private players doesnt have so much of EGO problems in answering thecall in a pleasant manner. Great Going BSNL BROADBAND...MERRI BADDUA LAGGEY TUMM SAB LOGON KO.

I am Hemant Bachhav to applied the BSNL Broadband internet connection from 14th march 2008 but still not coming. Actually engineers already told me your connection coming within 1 months but nobody take care. After that i called to engineers but they told me your connection will be coming 2-3 months.
It is not fare for your service. Very poor service, nobody proper response.
Please give me urgent internet connection. I am really worry to your service.

I have taken the plan 250 (Telephone + Broadband internet)
Telephone line and instrument got installed on 14th march and BSNL officer said that Broadband Net will get connect within 1 Month
but up till now BB connection is not available at my home
recently i called bsnl engineers for the status but nobody gave me proper reply and they said net will come after 2-3 months
i m sufferring due to this

worst internet connection in chennai, more than month i dont have connection itself i given number of call s no response. in past three months nesrly 50 calls made to customer care . better they can close give it to private sector.
I had been using BSNL telephone since 2000 and we got the Broadband connection recently under Home 500c plan. My phone number is[protected]. I returned the modem to the concern authority and submitted a covering letter to Madhavaram Exchange, Chennai as I got my own modem purchased and hence requested for refund on Security Deposit. I received my monthly bill amount for the month of September 2008. I had few clarifications regarding my bill amount, since there was an excess amount charged. So I called[protected] around 2.25PM on 23/08/208 thinking I would get my doubts clarified by BSNL personal. But my bad luck, one lady picked up the phone and never gave proper details regarding the bill amount. She was UNPROFFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE to me. Finally I decided that I am not going to get any help from her and eventually when asked for the name, she said her name was SOUNDARI, Accounts Officer. She hung up the call before I could complete my conversation. I am really astonished by the service which I received from an Accounts Officer. It made me feel bad as this was a frustating experience which I never had through out my life time. I am not interested and have to think about continuing my relationship with BSNL Service.
Ohhhhhh...BSNL has the worst customer services in the whole word...even not only phone (i m telling my real experience)..i[censored] meet them personaly at their office they guys don, t reply u..they just say go to website and findout details...i think really they don't know or they are not able to their job..."salo kamino ko kuch aata hei nahi haram ke paise dus rahe hein..."
I have a more addition to the comments that BSNL call logging system is also very poor. Because the Call centre number is never accessible and if you call on 1500, sampark then they will receive the call by automated answering system and give you a call log number but after that what happens god knows. They don't have any helpdesk person to talk over phone so that I could clarify my problem & take help online. I think if BSNL improve in this area, so they may reduce the call solving problem and in many cases they might not have to attend the customer place to solve the problem.

worst service i have ever seen.
i am from pune. i wanted broadband connection.
i visited the nearby bsnl centre of my area.i.e. vadgaon-sheri, pune14.
i asked them why i can't get bsnl broadband connection.
they say things like, the area is not feasible.
my friends have got broadband connection, and they stay just 200meters distance away from my house.
and the officials say, i can't get connection.

the main officer in charge in never in office in office hours.
others speak rudely.
they don't even tell me that when will the area become feasible.
about dozen people in my area want broadband. even the EVDO's are over.

these BSNL PEOPLE ARE NO MORE THAN BLOODSUCKERS.

Stop blaming the system alright. Come on give it a break.. Remember BSNL is an India govt run enterprise. They have got Aristocracy running the show. So Shut the [censored] up.

How ever i do apologize for our CSR behavior, that was rather lets say difficult. But it is entirely your fault to cause her to behave like that. Remember she will get her salary even if the BSNL enterprise goes bankrupt. And her husband will get widower pension after she dies of colon cancer.

You see you have to work for money, they dont.. so??? Learn Keep off ! And curse the darn Bast**ds. Let em Rot In hell, and die a miserable death.

BSNL Broadband — Rude response

This is the extention of the previous complaint below:

The BSNL sent the 2 linemen at 12 PM today who are not at all technically sound. They did not able to find out the problem. They asked me to come to BSNL office along with the modem, splitter, cable, etc. That too, not today; On Monday.

I am frustrated with this situation. Why can't the BSNL send a technical staff?

Do I need to cancel the connection as I am paying unnecessarily for last 45 days? Is this the only solution for the BSNL customers?

I have been using BSNL broadband with landline telephone for an year. When I was living at "A C Guards, Hyderabad", it worked good. In the month of May 2009, we shifted to "KPHB Phase 7" in Hyderabad and I applied phone shifting before we left from the previous location but it took more than 17 days for them to give connection at new location. We were not satisfied but we felt we can do nothing with them. For this, I had to call more than 30 numbers as the customer care people kept on giving different numbers to contact different people. Some more numbers did not answer.. When giving the connection, the BSNL technical people demanded some bribe even though they knew that I was not working anywhere. One of the technical persons children are earning more than 30K every month and himself earns a lot as it is BSNL job. I felt ashamed on behalf of him.

After installing the connection, the real problems started. They do not neglect to charge for the services but they neglect customers problems. The broadband never worked well after that day and it continuous.. I called up customer care many times and the lineman/technical staff closes the complaint without letting me know whether they did something or not. Again, when I contact customer care, they give me another complaint number. The complaint numbers are 44829, 44953, 45713. My telephone number is[protected]. Each time, I contacted the Lineman also on his WLL number,[protected]. He gave me one more number of some Mr.Murali [protected]. He never answered the phone for the last 15 days. Today, by luck or good fate, I got his call back. He replied very rash. He just said that the telephone lines in this area are not good and they are not going to change. So, he suggested me to take WLL phone with 144 kbps speed. It was not actually a suggestion; just like an order. He did not take any word from me and disconnected. I am getting mad with these people and their services.

Is it the way should BSNL consumers should expect from BSNL staff?

Please, please, please take action to let me enjoy the service properly and give some value to my money.
the people at the customer care service are very rude and behave in an indecent manner, whenever i made a call to them they will just pick up the call and end it at once.
BSNL has the worst call center people, I think when they interview they take only waste people from Bangalore

Sir, it is surprising that no response is there to attend the bsnl mobile tower, which is situated at Panchapatmali Bauxite mine. the tower is down since last 4 days, and this type of no signal complains are very common at the mine The communication depends mostly on bsnl signal at this place. We work in Nalco a public sector undertaking, and in the present day communication age, we feel are at the mercy of bsnl officials to attend such complains,
Most importantly the root cause of the irregularity in signal is yet to be established and rectfied. . This causes lot of working in convinience. Can I expect a suitable solution.
Please note that lot of revenue is generated to bsnl by Nalco.

Bsnl customer care employees nor the officials, ssas also have no idea whenever the landline or internet fails. They have no info about the issue. This is very strange, are they really working or its just like a vacation for them to come to work at bsnl. I face this problem every month, landline goes dead and internet doesnt work. The most negligent customer care service and the most non-courteous, negligent employees.

BSNL — BSNL Customer Care only for Personal

Looks like BSNL customer care no.s are available only for personal use of its employees and not for general public. When you call up these numbers some time it says that line is busy with conversation. Again if you call back it rings and no one response. Looks like only its own employees will be using it for making personal calls and not for public. This is really true for banaswadi customer care bangalore. 25421100. There is already more number of complaints on this area of division.

Anybody cares for this?
