[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — RUDE BEHAVIOUR - CUSTOMER CARE

Hi all,
Beware of Customer Care of Broadband Internet services of BSNL . I am a customer of dataone broadband. The answering by the customer care is so RUDE AND RASH that you will fear whether to call or not the next time. These Govt people work in these manner only. The present customer care person first asked me in a rash...What is your problem? ( as if i am burden to her and as i have done something harm to her) . Then i asked what is bill amount, she said...wait ( in a rude manner)...then she took 15 full minutes and was bussy discussing personal ### and fantasies with her colleague. And after 15 mts, I had to keep off the call...I amgiving the complaint now and also thinking of disconnecting the connection since other private players doesnt have so much of EGO problems in answering thecall in a pleasant manner. Great Going BSNL BROADBAND...MERRI BADDUA LAGGEY TUMM SAB LOGON KO.

bsnl home 500C — weak customer care replies

Respected sir/madam,
A very gud morning. am using BSNL Broandband home plan 250 by the last month.Land line no. is[protected].On 30th oct, i requested bsnl to change my plan as home combo 500C. They told that the plan will changed within 3 days. On 4th nov, i make a call to customer care(ph:1500)at 8.30pm, they replied me that, your plan has been sucessfully changed, you can avail 2am to 8am free browsing and 175 free calls per month. since i feel happy and wake up 5th morning and browse the net. On the next day when i saw my usage details am shocked. because the browsed details in free time has been included in the usage chart. its nearly 400MB.
When i call the customer care(1500) on 05/11/2009(12.30pm), they replied that till now the request for plan change has been not yet processed.
When i call the customer care(1500) on 05/11/2009(05.15pm), they replied that the request for plan change has been processed.
like this simultaneously i got the different replies. i feel very bad on this. BSNL- A Well developed service in INDIA.?
For the usage am inneed to pay the extra amount which is nearly 400RS. but am unable to pay such amount. Its the fault of customer care and not mine.
I kindly requested you to take action as soon as possible.Awaiting for your kind reply. hope you will make favour for me.

BSNL Broadband — behaviour of official

I have received BB bill for month Oct 09, in which they give me excess charges. I complain to all official but no body response me. One day I meet to DGM (finance) he is a nice person he entertain my complain .he immodestly correct my bill and write actual amount on bill as well as counter file I deposit the same. But next month the BSNL official again gives excess bill and denies the correction of his DGM.

Our BB plan 700 we have changed 3300 for the month of Jan-10, but still they haven't changed our plan & generated the bill with old plan (700). We have given complain ameerpet exchange on 26-02-10 at SDO & AO division till there is no respond.

ON 13/06/2010 AT ABOUT 6 PM & 6.30 PM BSNL CUSTOMER CARE REPRENSTATIVES BEHAVE RUDELY & DESPITE MY SEVERAL REQUESTS THEY DIDNY LODGE MY COMPLAINT . WHY BSNL IS HAVING SUCH TYPE OF REPRESENTATIVE IN CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. THEY ALWAYS PUT IN HOLD SAYING ALL EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. WHY NOT THEY CONTACT TO CUSTOMER ON BACK, AS PER BSNL POLICY.

[protected] and i give the request for changing the bill plan last month but no action no repaly, pls help us.

BSNL Broadband — The people don't give proper info.

I have launched a complaint because my phone is dead. It was due to an overdue bill which i settled immediately. Ever since the people who took down my complaint keep divertingme to new numbers and never give the correct information. They promise that it would be attended within 24 hours but it has been 3 days. They do not even bother to follow up.

After calling various people i got the number of Mr. Shetty who is supposedly the line manager of the area. Even he was clueless about the issue and said that the problem would be resolved the same day. After that when i have tried to reach them to ask the progress they say eveyone is in the meeting.
I availed bsnl broadband connection from Chennai Madipakkam about six months back. It took three months for me to get my land line through after getting the broad band connection. Moreover every month the service will go at least for one week, there wont be any response from the exchange immediately every thing will happen at their will and pleasure as if they are providing a free service. Of late in February 2013 I exercised three breakdowns and the latest is on[protected] which complaint id is:[protected] dtd.[protected], no action till date. The previous complaint was on[protected] which ID was:[protected]. It is very difficult to meet any authority to explain my complaint personally. If any customer oriented bsnl authority sees this mail request to do something to give trouble free service to me since I am paying for the dead service, this is only a desire since I cannot expect service from any government department.

Bsnl customer care staffs are very rude they even tease us when we ask some plan change which is correctly mentioned in the website. I just want to know how can I identify the person whom I talk and whom shall I complain about this incidents. These staffs are really worse than coolies. Somebody has to taken severe action against them. We couldn't identify the person whom we r taking at the other end. So I can I lodge complaints. Give me a favourable reply
