sir, the data.bsnl.com site has not been opening since some days. we could not access our account status. so pls restore the site as early as possible - gouri sankar

I am using the BSNL BROADBAND from past 1 month, i do not know how much MB am i using, and i also do not know my ID and my password to check the usage that i am doing?? please help me. can you please send me the id and password to my above e mail id.My landline No. is [protected]

pl. look in to following defect in the servicce of BSNL Haldwani DIVISION;

1.broad band connection wad activated on[protected]
2regular bill dated[protected] for rs401=00 was issued &paid in due period
3second bill dated[protected] was raised for rs 968=00with no intimation to me
4 sub div.eng. pantnagar informed me 3-1-09 about default of payment and the duplicate bill obtainned paid on 5-1-09
5 inspite of payment my tele phone discnnected
kindly look in to the matter in accordance with law

i have bsnl broad band connection of 512 kb/s.home plan unlimited, but i not getting speed of 512 kb/s never and last 15 days not getting speed more then 12 kb/s. igive lots of complain in bsnl office but not getting response from their side. so see carefully that complain and do needful as early as possible.

We have used the BSNL internet for the past 1 month but are unable to know the usage as we have not been provided the portal ID and password. We were given a call centre number but there is no response. I request you to kindly send the Portal ID and Password for the school to the above e-mail id or to [protected]@yahoo.com or to both.

I have 125 home broad band plan but this is not working properly. When I open the broadband, after few minute it disconnect automatically. So many time link had failed. I think your are not provinding very good service as you Advertised before. Day by day this service is going very - very poor. I love BSNL but it its totally failed every where. Hi unfortunately I am (uuuussssiiiinnnnggggg…..) using BSNL will phone broadband c o n n e c t i o n. . . .
I have to fight minimum one hour for sending one single page mail.
Always our BSNL network shows following statements
Network Timeout

The server at f5plus.rediff.com is taking too long to respond.

the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

last month i have a bsnl data card (GSM with gprs service) with this instruction unlimited downloading & surffing only 200/- p.m. recharge, but 2 day i'm again recharge our data card (gprs). but i have not received any amount. ur concerned clerk tell me - my balance is deducted in my downloading. Why ?
get me full scheme of data card (gsm-gprs) activity with surffing, downloading & p.m. charges because with the deduction og my gprs amount my mobile amount also deducted.
