BSNL Broadband — Frequent disconnection of broadband connection
I am having Business 700 broadbanf plan on my landline telephone number 04023543815. This service is provided in my residence 8-2-309/7/1, Road No.14, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500037. My broadband connection gets disconnected very frequently and the error message what I get is "DNS Server Error". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, I reboot the Modem and I am able to establish the connection immediately. Like this, every day, I have to reboot the Moden not less than 10 to 15 times. This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request Hyderabad BSNL Authorities to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.
