Broad band on telephone No 2636987 is not working since 04 Apr 2009 at F2, B-117 Bharat Aptt Shalimar Garden Ext-II.

My phone in ajnala circle dist. Amritsar punjab not working since 2 months . Nobody solve the problem . I complain many times . Nothing happen . Suggest me what to do

BSNL — broadband not working from 2 months

broadband is not working from 2 months . it will disconnect every 5 to 10 min ,i raised around 12 complaints and i contact all staff (manager) more then 10 times , still i have problem

The connection number[protected] was not working since last 9-10 months. The local BSNL authorities at Rajender Nagar, Ghaziabad were vigorously followed up. The telephone connection has now started working but the broad band is still not working while the bill for this month has since been sent.

From past 20 days landline as well as broadband is not working, We have Registered and orally informed about this but still no action has been taken till today and u will be charging the minimum to the customer

Pls.............do somethig i never seen a such a bad service in the telecon service why cant you understand the customers problem we r in trading busines. Pls.......do something...

BSNL Landline and Broadband — DEAD SINCE 3 MONTH

I AM USER OF BSNL LAND LINE AND BROADBAND MY NO IS[protected] BUT SINCE LAST 3 MONTH MY PHONE IS DISSCONECTED DUE TO TECNICAL PROBLEM. SINCE THEN I COMPENT EVERY 2-3 DAYS TO OFFICE AND ENNGINER BUT NO RESPONCE....

MTNL/ BROAD BAND — BROADBAND NOT NOT WORKING /FUNCTIONING

I have been using broad band of MTNL at my domestic computer. This has been frequently eratic im my line [land line : 26301682]. MTNL's 1500 or 1504 are supposed to work 24x7 days.But, I get time to call them only after 10 PM after my office duty. They just record the complaint in computer and at last when call is transferred to concerned section, one cvan esily judge that calll is disconnected.
VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE.

However , I submitted no. of complaints on 198 but each day I have to register the same complaint and previouss complaint no.gets deleted from the MTNL record , without correcting the complaints.

Now the latest complaint no. is 577 dated 11th Nov. 09. I submitted a written complaint to Sr. Eng., at Chhattarpur exchange.

It is very painful to maintain MTNL's broad band with such poor response or nil response and erretic service.

WILL ANY OFFICER OF MTNL SOLVE MY PROBLEM ????

BSNL Broadband & Landline — Neither the landline nor the broadband is working since the broadband is is installed on the number

I had taken a broadband connection on my Landline No.[protected] a week back.
I thank the BSNL people to deliver me the MODEM WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION CD.
I even want to thank them for NOT INSTALLING THE BROADBAND ON MY DESKTOP.
Seriously what a service provided.
NOW my Line is even dead and no Phone calls a occuring.

This might be a problem with the others - I hope it is not the same case with me. I had lodged a complaint with 1500 as my broadband service just stopped functioning. I also requested a wireless modem and I got a response that someone will attend to my problem in 24 hours. It is 4 days now. the longest 24 hours in my life. I work from home often and without the broadband connection - I am not able ot work which means that I will not be paid. Maybe BSNL will take care of my salary for the number of days that they dont turn up at my place.

Also I think there is a huge market for training in the call center - nobody there knows anything in the first place - they are not even polite and they do not care about customer service. The service had improved tilla while ago but they have not been able to sustain it. People fell all over themselves to make me buy the connection and now they really dont care.

I am not surprised - as it is BSNL is over staffed and under worked and then they have a call center which is equally bad.

God Save India!!! from decaying like the BSNL has.

I have complaint many times in bsnl office Goraya but no one bother about it.

BSNL Broadband — not working from last 2 months

i am very frustrated from the bsnl service. My broadband is not properly working from last two months and i am continously paying my bill without using any service. I have already complained two or three times about my landline too but it works for two days hardly and again same problem persists. So please do something as soon as possible.
