[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — NO ACTION TAKEN IN COMPLAINT | |||
Hi, I am a new customer in BSNL -Broadband ,i took the Land line with broadband connection on July 2012 i owned the modem and phone instrument because i have it a spare so i don't like to take a new instruments but after billed for my first cyclic i shocked they charged for INR 500 + 250 on installation with both land line and broadband.but i did my self for the installation part they wont provide the instrument also but they charged INR 500 then i raised the complaint on BSNL PORTAL in self care on 25/08/2012 00:35:09 so i listed below the complaint details for your reference URL :http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in SR #: [protected] Service Id *: [protected] Customer Id: [protected] Status : Open it takes almost one month for it no response from BSNL customer care even i never get the call from there still its open in status. kindly look into this issue and provide me the favorable response ASAP. BSNL — Complaint still open from one year
Due to the Hennur Cross flyover work,From past one year no BSNL person never care or action taken, Every time complaint has login,But at the end no result.My Question is why BSNL not looking to it............
It's there to take a leagel action on this ????
