[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — NO ACTION TAKEN IN COMPLAINT

Hi,

I am a new customer in BSNL -Broadband ,i took the Land line with broadband connection on July 2012 i owned the modem and phone instrument because i have it a spare so i don't like to take a new instruments but after billed for my first cyclic i shocked they charged for INR 500 + 250 on installation with both land line and broadband.but i did my self for the installation part they wont provide the instrument also but they charged INR 500 then i raised the complaint on BSNL PORTAL in self care on 25/08/2012 00:35:09 so i listed below the complaint details for your reference

it takes almost one month for it no response from BSNL customer care even i never get the call from there still its open in status.
