[Resolved]  BSNL broadband usage details — not getting usage details

Every time i check the usage details of BSNL Broad band from BSNL web site, the site doest get opened. How do i know how much of GB is used up upto date.

this bsnl's bbservice.bsnl.in is such a bad thing to describe. whenever i tried to see my usage for the day it does not open. i think bsnl has intentionally made the server capacity low such that it remains down all the time. so that my usage goes above 1.5 gb per month. please help me from such a nuisance.

I am not able to get usage detail. When I put ID and password. Computer shows username and password invalid.

Yes! Of course, there is known issue with bsnl usage site. Even i[censored] provide correct credentials, it wont let u in. Keep trying logging in(I usually get at 2 attempts) till it let u log in

I am unable to open the broadband usage service.

my usage account open but i cant received any information of the same account

the services of BSNL is not at all upto the satisfaction of the customers.

its always a headache to open the broad band usage enquiry.

even if we type the correct username and password, still the site is not being opened.

some higher officials has to take it serious. tk
