in the address dataone.co.in or bbservices.bsnl.in or data.bsnl.in Iam not getting my user details/dataone broadband usage detail, even I cant open the window for 1 months

i am getting my user name/password as invalid although i have typed it correctly.my usage is not being displayed

username and password always apearing invalid.why and how?

Cannot login into bsnl broadband site to chk the usage, how to get the portal id, trying to login using my user id, it says its invalid

i have not been able to view my broadband usage details for the past 3 weeks since the window:bbservices.bsnl.in. is not opening..
please do the needful to solve our problem..
pls help us informing how to get broadband usage detail...

i has been using bsnl broadband internet connaction but i don't know how to view the usages of this services so please give me suggestion everybody. how to see and what its requerments.

I am not getting the usage detail. i type the User name/password correctly but i am getting the message 'Invalid user name/password'. i own tel. no.[protected] &broadband connection in the same no. plz see through the complaint.

Unable to check the usage of my a/c for last so many days, inspite of complainting so many times there is no response from the Authorities.This is not done at all.

have not been able to view my broadband usage details for the past 8 weeks since the disconnection & window:bbservices.bsnl.in. is not opening.

fully cheating these bsnl broadband service, even though i havent used i got moret than limit, even unable to open bbservice portal id page usage details.
being a largest communication provider doing this is a shame.
This is to complain for the extremely poor customer service I am experiencing for the last 2 months days from BSNL.I want to change my internet password but I am unable to do so and when I am calling the customer service on 2787890 they gave me several other numbers to call and even after calling those numbers I am not getting any help but only several other numbers to call!
All these above mention complain lodged to DE, commercial officer and PGM at Patliputra and R, block and my matter not resolved and I am without phone and internet since Jully 14.08
Please resolve my bill and give order to start my phone as soon as posible

Here the problem which iam facing is every time we should connect the net more than ten times other wise it wont connect.and some times it shows error 961 or 981 lne is bzy like that iam facing problems

Sorry but BSNL broadband usage detail page was give you problem if there are cookies enabled in your service. If you really want to get rid of this problem just Open FIREFOX-->on menu select TOOLS--->Options---->open Privacy Tab----->Show Cookies and click on clear all cookies option.
