BSNL Broadband — not opening usage detail in end of month
Usage detail page is not opening at the end may be last week of month. so we can't see usage detail at the end of month otherwise it is opening. I am much more satisfied with BSNL USAGE WITH SOFT WARE I can provided to u a special software for only bsnl brodband usage details with as per your plan and free hours usage also mention in soft ware u can find out your ave usage and time duration and total in eacah and every day details also.
This all services on chargable basic Rs 100 - 250.
one hunderd for only provided link and 250 for details instalaiton on your system in any ware in india.

How sad it is, not getting usage information time to time. Each and every time it shows problem and cannot check my usage according to my limited 1.5GB.

BSNL Broadband — not getting usage details
I cannot access my usage details fro www.data.bsnl.in. It shows error message i CANNOT GET DEAILS OF MY BROADBAND USAGE
hell man...ur broadband usage service is just not working at all from the past 1 month
i am unable to check my monthly usage which causes an increase in usage at the end of the month when it comes to the payment of the bill...i hav entered my login name n my password properly but still i cant c my monthly usage...
i just want u to provide me with a link from where i can check my bsnl broadband usage as soon as possible...

i am not getting usage details in the address bbservices.bsnl.in
From yesterday I am not getting December usage details. Though I am getting the connectionand go thru I cannot open SELECT for Dec. Pl advise
I fully agree with Mr. Jayprakash Soney. I have broadband since last one year. But the speed is exactly like Mr.Jayprakash pointed out. In one month because of very slow speed I got the bill more than Rs1000/- though my plan was for 250/-. That is because of slow speed the Stock market site was getting disconnected often, to the extent of 50 times a day. And to work I had to again and again to reconnect causing same download again again..
I had complained several times to BSNL and ultimately I had to give in writing before the month end. That helped me to some extent that the bill was reduced to Rs500/-(unlimited plan) for that month. But still I had to pay Rs250/ extra to settle th bill. The officer was telling me that you see the usage. Definitely usage will be more because you are frequently getting disconnected and you have to reconnect again and again. This type of senseless argument their officers give inspite of writing clearly int he complaint.

i cannot view my broadbond usage account from last 5 days
for me also same i can't see my usage details.mostly the site do not open also
I have not been able to view my broadband usage details for the past 4 weeks.Although bbservices.bsnl.in. is opening but not display any usage details.Months select dropdown menu haven't been appeared.

I am not being able to check my bb service broadband usage because the last 6 months are not being displayed.
I was getting my broadband usage details at bbservice.bsnl.in till December 2008.But after that I could not
get it.After log on the site ask me to select the month o[censored]sage, which I could not select since the drop down menu only shows the word"SELECT", instead of the last 6months.Please help me.

This BSNL site bbservice.bsnl.in realy sucks. It is not opening since 2-3 days. Saying that link is broken.
Can Anyone Help me? Moreover if it also opens then if I am entering correct portal ID and Password it is saying wrong Portal ID/Password. So Poor Service I Have never Seen.
