[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not working

My user id is bac[protected]. This is for the third time i am complaining about view of data usage. It is observed that after complain it works for around 10 to 15 days and there after we get error message as data not found.

please help me...

BSNL Broadband Internet — huge bill came on 250- rental plan

till last bill .our modem is in rent and we are getting normal bill .so we decided to buy the modem and we are facing huge bill problem.it hascame above 6000.

Even after making so many complaints on [protected] no response. It seems that they are not interested. They have kept phone off or not attending complaints. They seem to have been sold to Airtel or reliance

the BSNL customer care is a league of "bindass" CSA's. i have called them several times and many times they simply pick up the receiver and keep it aside the table. all you could here is those [protected]@rds gossiping with there friends. bsnl has no problem paying worthless employees like these. i wonder if they even barge there calls for monitoring purpose.

I am not getting my usages details for broadband for the month of may2009.Maximum time I got a massage that server not found.if I connected then I got a massage no details available for this month you are requested to solve the problem immediately.

BSNL Broadband Internet — Net not working

I got my Broadband internet connection on 29th March 2009. But till now not even a single day I could not work with this broadband connection without complaint. Every few munutes the DSL light on the modem went off resulting disconnection of internet.I made somany tephone complaints and even written complaint without any result. I am fed up with this connection and seriously thinking of disconnecting the broadband line if my problem not getting rectified early as possible since I am paying my internet will everymonth with out getting proper serive from you. Hope this complaint will have some effect in solving my problem.

I have not been able to operate my internet from BSNL for more than one month now. Inspite of repeated request the concerned personnel has not taken any initiatives to rectify the problem causing immense loss for my business and other activities. this BSNL is coming out with new technology and product, think so it is very good, but infact it is stupidity to do so.Because of there poor quality service. I have serious problem with this connection from day one and i have visiting this local exchange office( Rajajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka) for many times. I donno whether employes there are really educated. They dont have any idea about the problem and Most of the time our area lineman will be absent and more unfortunate matter is, the JE who will be in charge, is donno about the presence and adsent of that lineman. The lineman name is Poovaya. Well my problem in net is, most of the sites like google, orkut, etc are not openning, they will only open at night but not in day. I have lodged complain through phone and one more problem here is to connect to customer care executive.Its take hell lot of time to connect and more i have faced a situation where couldn't able to connect to them. This BSNL first need to serve existing customer instead coming out with new, then they can look through diversification. Well i wish to someone who is reading this to provide me to contact high authority of BSNL are any alternate solution. i apply for bsnl broadband connection in Amritsar bsnl office .but when they come the broad band is not working in range of 7 km. my house is 7km away from attari . bsnl exchang. plz i want to start the new service of broab band up to about 1000 rs daily month.plz do some thing for me
