[Resolved]  BSNL — Broadband is not working

I lodged a complaint from my mobile to 1500 on 02.12.2008 since 1st Dec evening the connectivity has not been restored. Inspite of my followup with your officials my nett has not been restored .For your inefficiency why should I have to pay rent for 4 days and like this my phone No. 23774064 was not functioned last week 16th 23rd November inspite of my severe followup no proper response from any of the official. Since nobody is lifting the elephone and like windfall if any body lifts also no redressal. I am ashamed to saythat my entire family owns BSNL& cellone connectivity. Hi,
I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 16 days since i took the broadband connection, but the internet is pathetic.

my phone no is[protected], and i have installed new BSNL broad band connection before 20 days, upto till date my broadband is not working.
i have complaint many times at Bhankrota exchange, vashili nager Exchange, v.d. Nager Exchange.,
also i have called to Mr. N.k. Singh (GM Broad Band maintainance) on 2377300
also i have called to Mr. A.k. Jain (DGM Broad Band ) on 2363300
also i have called to Mr. Himmat ram. (AGM Broad Band ) on 2363010
also i have called to Mr. Gupta (TA ) on [protected]

but i am not getting any response

my net is so slow, my Broadband is not working, 20 kb speed only and bsnl tell 100 speed but my Broadband speed in kb 20, so slow my Broadband speed so ple's help me

i m a regular customer of bsnl for last 15 years. i have bsnl phone at number[protected].i have a broadband connection also.i have a lot of disturbance in my phone, you can not listen anyone while calling by this phone and broadband is not working at all.i am very frustrated of concerned authorities.tha't why i choose you to help me.


BSNL states everywhere that the complaints are removed in 24 hours but i think i am the exceptional case for you people...my complaint has not been concerned for more than 2 months.i daily complaint to your complaint centre, to sdo's, to lineman's.etc
i m very tired of the related authorities and officials..they don't hear at all my complaint and say "ho jayega".."humne thekedar ko bola hai vo nayi laine dal dega" i have two numbers of your concerned officers : 2241244 and [protected] .i don't know their names but ..they don't pay attention at all to my problem. i am complainting for last two months...but no response from there.
my last complaint numbers is blb09418
and online grievence number is HAR/CO/2009/1116.
TELL ME WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED TO Do if you can't solve my internet and phone problem...
should i have disconnect my phone from bsnl .
should i prefer anyother telecome company.

I have taken a new connection no. [protected] with broad band during May 1st week. However the broadband has never worked . I had lodged complaints but bsnl in Jamshedpur are not attending to it. I am paying bill for two months for broad band which I have never used. Please help.
I am really disappointed with the service provided by BSNL.

Past all these days I was calling on BSNL exchange for rectifying the problem on these phone no’s[protected] & [protected]).
On Friday morning when I enquired regarding the complaint, they informed me that there is a cable issue and same will be rectified by afternoon. Nobody called or turned back on Friday.

As a user I felt very bad that why I had selected BSNL for broad band connection.

On Saturday morning I thought let me have a chat with the officers in the exchange and confirm when the same can be rectified. And I was shocked with the answer from a lady officer from the exchange.

Officer’s answer:- THIS NUMBER DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS EXCHANGE.

All these times I was promised the same will be rectified and I lost all my hope and trust in BSNL due to the officers who had attending the calls.

I had written a mail to assistant general manager for the same and no action was taken or I have not received any reply.

If there is anyone who there to take care of such issues please reply or call me. My contact no is :- [protected]

i have broad band connection but its weast am face to problem more then 1 month data not transfare its very slow most of the time not connected. today also am try to connected but not connected am weasting to my time more than 3 hour.. stupit bsnl line...

MY BROAD BAND IS NOT WORKING FROM 6 OCTOBER, MANY TIMES I INFORME TO BSNL OFFICERS BUT TILL TODAY HOLE RISHIKESK AND IDPL BSNL OFFICER ARE SLEEPING.
