[Resolved]  BSNL — phone line dead

I am N.Desikachari, residing at No.28,Aruna Nagar Extension, Karaikudi-1. My phone line is dead from the morning today. I cant make and receive calls. I cannot get connected to bsnl dialup connection also. So please do the needful to rectify the problem.

my telephone line at goa not working since last five days.my complaint no. 089 dated 03 jun 08 registrated at your sancole exchange goa. unserviceability of my phone line 2555557 is adversaly affecting the operation/function of my organisation. request to restore the line at an early date.

my line line phone is dead since last 3 rd june, 2009, my phone no, 272984 diphu karbi anglong assam and i equire bsnl office that my line is disconnect on not payment, but i was paid before last date of
payment(27/05/2009),

My Phone number under kadavathur Exchange [protected] have complint since 01/06/2009. I complainted it through 198. But till now the fault has continue( my connection was dead). Plese arrange me the cable complaint as soon as possible.Thank you

Our Telephone line is dead since 3 days. We complained it through 198 on the very same day, but till now there is no action taken towards telephone no [protected]

Complain needs to be attended soon with in 24hrs?If the bill is not paid bsnl do disconnect in time and charge a big bite?But what's about the service they provide?At list hopes this will help me in getting the work done for the price i pay.
Bsnl says they are the largest largest providers but soon you people might run into loss at this rate cause the private companies are just watching you.

I am Mr. Rohan Naik from Goa, our phoneline is dead since last sunday.
Our complaint number is 551. Till today no one has attended. I have a loads of work pending. Dont know what to do. Is there any other high authority contact number so that i will get my work done faster.

Not working since last 3 days

My Land line is not working since 3rd July, 2011 I have been complaining to the BSNL exchange at Mapuca office every day on 7th July, I received an SMS which reads. Complaint No.PARR07511 against phone No. 2473472 is cleared on 7th July, 2011sender BSNL PORTAL.

BUT THE LINE WAS NOT REPAIRED.

I further made a renewed complain and the line Man attended sayin underground fault on 11th July I personally went to the exchange ofice ane met the BSNL engineer Mr. Fernandes and he gave me a mis leading answer that all phones connected to Parra exchange have been transfered to Saligao exchange so u go there. This is a Rude man probably not knowing his work.

In the after noon on 11th July, 2011 I received a new SMS saying Complain No.PARR07552 against telephone No, 2473472 is cleared,

BUT THE LINE WAS STILL NOT REPAIRED.

May I have the justification from the Senior Engineer.

My Telephone no & Broadband[protected] is dead for 6 months I have complaint many times at BSNL but they don't solve the problem where as they raise bill I have requested to waiveoff the bill and solve the problem . So Please suggest me what should I do
