I have a landline telephone connection bearing no.[protected] and also have Broadband internet connection. The probelem is that my monthly landline & internet bill never reaches to my home address.In the abscence of bill payment the concerned officer diconnects my telephone.It is the duty of BSNLto ensure delivery of monthly bill to the consumer residence but I have never got my bill at my residential address.Today on date my telephone connection is diconnected due to non payment of my landline bill while they have not send the bill to me neither at my residence nor at the duplicate bill site of internet (UP East Circle/Gorakhpur).Sir I am a bank employee posted in a village branch of SBI and have no time to collect the bill from exchange.If BSNLGORAKHPUR EXCHANE not takes the responsibility of timely delivery of landline bill to my residential address, so that I may depoit the telephone bill well in time I have no option to continue this telephone connection and which will force me to apply for diconnection of my landline telephone in very near future. I am bsnl landline customer in Gondia City.I didn't receive the monthly bill for the month of november2009.
when enquired about this at the bsnl customer service centre, they replied that this is the fault of india post service.The postman has not given the bill at time.So for not receiving the bill at time, why should we pay the late fee charges.Also they threaten for disconnection.Kindly do the needful.
