i had accidently subscribed for daily astro last month and thought wud unsubscribe this month but even after folloowing method for unsubscription....they are renewing it...n charging rs.20...

1.I had subscribe on 55888 for CKT by reading a message on My Mobile & Rs.20 charged every renewal
but now i want to discontinue this service .

2. i got some tunes unwillingly from[protected] and Rs.8 charged every time, how does it happens i m very frustrate by these unwillingly received tones please discontinue this service

I want to unsubscribe this service from my BSNL mobile connection. I had talked to BSNL customer people also but I have no luck with BSNL.

Yes, same problem with me too . As my friends were also getting the cricket scores, I thought it may be included in the program we chose and we will not be charged for it . But after some days 20 rupees was cut from my account .
I think I have to cut my BSNL account because it is too annoying .
Although I see several people have the same complaint, no solution is given . Please help .

My Sim Card No. is [protected]. I have been used bsnl service since 2007.
But the servise provider Active Cricket service charge twise in a month without any information, although I call customer care but always they give me diffrent answer.
Becouse of this problem Now I've thron this service sim card.
