[Resolved]  BSNL — landline instrument not working

sir,
inspite of several verbal calls to line man of our area Mr. WATTAL (Mob no. [protected]) for replacement of my faulty landline instrument since 1 month i am unable to get new instrument against old one. Since one when ever i call him, he dont pick up my call & make his phone not reachable. i have also sent an application in this regard but no progress till date. my landline no. is installed at resham ghar colony under shakti nagar exchage. contact no. [protected] nitin. kindly do the needful at an earliest.
