Top Up for BSNL prepaid — Less value
I have got a Top Voucher of 100 paying Rs.110 but my a/c is credited with Rs. 75.99 only while B S N L provide 100 for 110. My sms Shows ref no 82479390 dated 3/12/2009 Sir,
I have a prepaid mobile connection and i used to recharge using online system only. This time I wanted to top-up my mobile using the top up facility. To my repeated attempts, the page tells me that i should give a valid prepaid mobile number for the top-up. My cell no. is [protected].
Kindly help me how to get rid of this problem for my early top up.

I brought a Excel Re-Charge card (prepaid cellular service from cell one) for the amount of Rs.112/-, on the day of 19th dec' 09 saturday. But, when trying to recharge it reports that " THE VOUCHER IS USED". I brought this card from V.K.G MOBILE SHOP COONOOR.
so what to do ?

BSNL — Not received Full value of TOP UP
I HAVE RECHARGE MY CELL NO [protected] ON 25.12.2009 AT4.32PM THROUGH INTERNET SERVICES,FROM TOPUP OPTION. WHERE SYSTEM SHOWES RS 49.86 FROM Rs 55/-My cell account was credited with Rs 35/-.I again Tried for topup of Rs 55/-But again Ireceived Rs35/-only
IT IS A CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS.CUSTOMER CARE WAS NOT ABLE FOR PROPER REPLY.
They said that you have recharged by validity,not by TOPUP. But in System there is no optio for recharge
coupn of Rs 55/-Give answer at earliest or we have to go to Cousmer Fourn
BSNL — Failure to credit recharge amount
I HAD DONE A ONLINE RECHARGE FOR 220 Rs ON 3.2.2010THE RECHARGE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED IN FEW SECONDS.
BUT AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED TO MY BALANCE TALK TIME.
ITS 3 DAYS NOW
AND ALSO LODGED A COMPLAINT AT BSNL CUSTOMER CARE.
BUT BSNL IS STILL SEEMS ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGIENT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

I use to topup my BSNL Mobile, using ICICI Account and i did the same on 26th Mar 2010 and the same yet to get credit on my account. Please advice on the same.
BSNL PREPAID TOPUP — ONLINE FAILURE
ONLINE TOPUP FAILUREMy Cell One Mobile No.is : [protected] (BHOPAL). On 12.10.10 at about 12.20 pm I made one online Topup transaction for Rs.110.00. Although the transaction completed successfully no credit was afforded at my prepaid amount of the above mentioned mobile till now (2 PM 14.10.10). Surprisingly my Bank Account has been debited in THIS case. Incidentally, I used to topup my prepaid a/c frequently, without any problem.Transaction No. is TXT[protected]. & Receipt No. is [protected].
The Cell One Customer Care Cell, AFTER TRYING FOR MORE THAN 8 TIMES, after obtaining Transaction ID etc. from me, advised me to wait for 24 HOURS, they are unable to advise any specific time period for the same.
I had to face great trouble for not being able to receive any topup value in need, again the talk time value along with the necessary charges has been consumed by BSNL in time, but no action has been taken even after 72 hours.
Shall we refrain from charging online from now?
this is very serious complaint, how to solve, no answer from anybody.
I am using weman power No.[protected].On 28/10/2010 evening I topup Rs.55/- through on line and the amount diducted from my a/c.But that time my mobile connection was expaired that I understand only after the transaction. Today (29/10/10) morning I recharged my connection of Rs, 280/=, but I got onlyRs36.67 only.I try to contact customer no.[protected] more than 2 hrs, but BSNL's fentastic customer care service didn't replaied, I want to know how I get the top up amount of Rs.55

Since, my said colleague is having SBI's mobile banking facility, he recharged my mobile for Rs 50.00 (Rupees Fifty Only) by making use of his mobile banking application.
So, after this particular transaction, Rs 50.00 is been deducted from his account but I did not receive any talktime or any recharge confirmation message. I tried to, lodge a compaint via 123 customer care portal regarding this, but after repeated trying, I could not get the link. Instead, I repeatdly got the reply that "this number is not in use".
So, herewith I request you, kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

i have rechare my cell no.[protected] on 11/01/2011 amount debited in my sb ac from sbi coal estate for rs.55/- but my cell in not recharged. you are therefore requested to kindly recharge my cell no.[protected] immediately.

Topup for Rs. 110/- has been deducted against my bsnl prepaid mobile number [protected] (PUNJAB) vide sbi ref number - IG57737241 on 10 Jul 2011. I had recharged my prepaid connection [protected] on 24.09.2011. The status was succesfull. My account with State Bank of India was debited with Rs. 151/- and recharge for Rs. 151/- has not taken place as on date. Customer care cell with no: 1503 has useless executives who does not know head or tail of what work they are doing. I had made nearly 50 calls but everything in vain.Unless BSNL which has outsourced the customer care handlung to Tata people BSNL will not perish in this competative field.

But I have not received balance in my above pre paid number till today.
I have called several times in customer care call centre from 01/11/2009 to 04/11/2009 but my problem is not solved. Customer care executive replied that they have no information regarding on line recharge.
You will receive your balance within 7 days or your money will be credited back to your account but till date neither balance is given in my prepaid number nor money is credited back to bank account (SBI A/C)
