More than 45 Days ago, I applied for one telephone shifting, still they are not shifted, I asked officer more than 10 Time,
They are telling next week, but still they are not shifted.
now I dont know what I want to do, where I want complaint, so please give me sir details

My land line is dead, after complaint no responce from the concerned, i have speak to the area managers, after trying several times, they said forwarded the complaint,
seems to be they are least bother .
give me the best to escalate, the higher authority, or what is my areas consumer cort

I am working with BSNL as Sr.TOA at WTR Dadqar, Mumbai 400 028.
my landline No.[protected] is out of service since last 15 days. complaint no.is 8631 registered with BSNL on electronic method as per confirmation by BSNL but no followup tilldate

My telephone [protected] is not working wef 05aug2009. Complain was registered and SDO/DE was contacted on phone many times but no result.Whenever I remind them they told me that your complaint is allredy registered. I was surprised to note that to day when i reported the matter again they (phone no 1500) told me that your complaint is not registered. However complain has again registered.. Kindly look into matter as I am retiered defence offier and I can not run so many times to your office thanks.PRAVIN KUMAR PHONE NO[protected].
