BSNL Commercial, AOTRCentral -II.
Dear sir,
Herein I present my Grievance. on telephone # 2354 6410
Even on this new connection, i have the same billing problem.
Excess billing on Broad band . While the Tariff plan is Only Combo- Home 500.
Excess billing, the same problem, I got terminated earlier Landline connection. on the same name and address.
even after paying the billed amount under protest as advised by concerned personnel @ my - Jhills, BSNL exchange. Hyd. That
grievance was NOT resolved.

Well, I was again advised to pay up the Billed amount.
Solicit explicit intervention.not compelling me to opt to surrender this New connection also- for excess billing.
