user-id or password problem said this to local excahange they said plz tell that on main exchange when m go to the main exchange they said, told that local exchange. docket that problem many times but they cannot check the proper problem. and the problem going on a month. sir,

i have problem in broadband speed.. the downstream signal of the net is about 50kbps which should be 4096kbps at-least. i had registered complain more then 5 times. they are not resolving my problem. the problem is from more then 2 month.
