sir there is a service activated on my mobile called daily blessings and i wanna unsubscribe it, but i am failed. they give me a message regarding unsubscription and gave a link but that link does not open from my mobile.so please help[ me.i have lost a lot of money for this and that is of no use for me.my bsnl mobile no. is [protected]

BSNL — Wap Account Unsubscription

Sir, I am a BSNL customer. My mobile number is[protected].Accedently i subscribe to wap service.Now every month i got my account renewal message and Subscription charge as Rs.30/- truncated from my account. The unsub link doesnot work. Now i request you to cancel my account subscription regarding this wap service.

i am a user of bsnl mobile no[protected]. few days ago i recieved a message that i have subscribed wap service"hot model of the day"from bsnl gprs services and Rs 10 had been deducted.Now i got a message from 58888 to unsubcribe service they sent a url http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=740 but this url not open on my phone.so i can not unsubscribe this service i want to unsubscribe this wap service.If this service is not unsubscribed on my number. it is necessary for me to go to consumer forum and change mobile service oprator. so please unsubscribe this wap service on my mobile.

bsnl doesn't give proper bill statement and they are confusing the customers and the toolfree no.1500 is not working for complaints and enquires please take step your customers
