[Resolved]  BSNL — Broadband Usage data not showing

Sir,
I am holding a Broad Band connection in my Telephone No.[protected] under Bolpur Telephone Exchange. I am entitled, as per the plan, to 1(one) GB free downloading. But since some time back I am not getting any access to view my Broad Band Usage data and consequently I am in dark whether I have consumed excess or not. This in, other words, prove that the BSNL have failed to provide the requisite service. And for such failure the consumer is in no way responsible. Even, the Telephone Exchnage authorities could not be of any help (vide their Telephone nos.[protected]/257000 which are always either busy or not responding). The only solution in the case is, either I should stop forthwith the use of Broad Band (which I can not do for my requirement) or the BSNL authorities provide immediately viewing the Broad Band usage data or they should bear the cost of any excess beyond the 1(one) GB free download.

i am holding a bsnl broad band connection with 500 combo plan, which has 1.5 gb free downloading.But
since 2 days i could not check my usage, there always some problem while i check my account. After giving the password no page could not open still now. and also i have excess usage beyond the free, which is near about 28 mb. please tell me what is the charge of excess usage?

my portal id & password are correct but i am unable to see my broad band usage the message is saying that your id or password is incorrect

kindly send me the procedure to see my usage

dataone,bsnl — uses not displayed

whaen i enquir to know the uses i have done, it shows that internall server not for your use.please see that i come to know how much i have cosumed every month.
I have a WLL brearing No. ![protected] at Chearkote Lolab Kupwara, having the internet connection established since more than 5 years ago. but the speed rate is 230.4kbps only, the downloads for any thing can not be properly loaded. the billing system is to be paid properly on due dates.Kindly further instructions may be given to me in this behalf. I have applied so many times for broad band connection, when this is the first connection in Lolab Valley, but till date no action has been taken by the department.

i have broad band 250 plan from past 2 days am getting exceeded 1gb usage web page where in it asks to agree for further usage but even after that i still have the same problem, i contacted broad band customer care they told to switch off & on the modem but its of no use from 2 days when ever i connect to net and open any page it goes to same bsnl exceeded web page, pls some one suggest how to solve this issue.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, i have broad band 500 plan. TODAY CALLED BSNL OFFICE THEY TOLD ME TO TRY AT IP: 10.240.48.195 HERE ALSO SAME PROBLEM, NOT GOING TO NEXT PAGE AFTER GIVING USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
