i m using bsnl prepaid.my number is [protected].and sir every month 30 rupees will deduced from my balance.i got a message from 51819030 that is "YOUR SUBCRIPTION FOR THE DATING SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED FOR NEXT 30 DAYS. RS.30 CHARGED".i m want to deactevate it.plz.call me or mail me.

I wanted to unsubscribe the meaningless service which is provided by 51819030 on bsnl mobile. I visited two bsnl offices in Lucknow the employees and officers of bsnl are saying that they can't do anything and customer care officers are also saying that they don't know how to unsubscribe. B.S.N.L. — migration of excelanant to saral anant.

as i am the subscriber of bsnl i want to migration of excel anant to saral anant .

2 months back i changed my saral anant plan to excel general. my validity period is 31st March 2009. I want to know how to change the plan excel general to Saral anant.My phone No. is [protected].

I have incivdently subscribe to the dating service of bsnl for which they are charging Rs. 30/- per month. Every Month I got the msg from No. 51819030. Could anybody tell me how to unsubscribe from this service as there is no information available in the sms and even not able to send the sms to said no.My cell No. is [protected]

B.S.N.L. — Deactivation of SMS from 56505

SMS from 56505 are received regularly on my Mobile Phone No. [protected] whereas I have never opted/ activated for such service which is chargeable.
Kindly deactivate all SMS service from 56505 on my Mobile No. [protected].

I Have same problem i have never activated the sms services from 56505 on my mobile No. [protected]. Pl deactivate this type of services.

BSNL — Telephone bill not deposited

I have land line provided by BSNL[protected]Bill deposited through on line on 22.10.11.But local telecom office has not got the deposit amount .Last date of submission is 31.10.11

B.S.N.L. — Deposit Not Refunded

My Landline No.[protected] is Lock From February'2011 Every Dues is Cleared but Last Bill is Not Cleared , I am Surrendered Telephone Box , Deposit of Rs.2,000.00 Received Xe-rox Copy, Payment Last Bill Copy.
But, Today (10/03/2012) Approx 1 Year any Amount Not Refund... Manendragarh Officers Say Amount is Given By Ambikapur Office ,Why my Amount is Not Come..
