Dear sir,
I have got new BSNL's broad band /land line connection ( at Chennai) since last 3 months.
While I have filled / provided the correct information with respect to flat no/door no, the same is not getting reflected in my bill, in-spite of my written complaint with i BSNL, Chenna.
My consumer no: [protected] .Date of Installation 22/07/08.
My phone no is: 28258400. type BB & category NYTGEN, class IDPVT.
Since correct address reflected is the most important, considering the importance for address proof as well as getting the bills on time.
The concerned office conveys that their record shows the adress the way I wanted to get reflect.But the bills that I receive does not gets reflected. Any internal communication with computer dept or bill printing dept must be instructed to do the needful.
I am of the opinion, whether I should stop making the payment as a protest or surrender the phone connection due to BSNL negligence in taking action.
Pl help for resolution.

BSNL — Complaint not addressed
I am a subscriber of BSNL (broadband) and my telephone number is[protected]. My broadband has not been working since a week and I have lodged complaint twice yet it is not being addressed (complaint #[protected] and complaint #[protected].
