If you have Bsnlgprs setting
Go to option>connection>acess point>create new acess point>type gprswest.cellone.in>your handset is ready to gprs.
Please enter your region after gprs eg.east/west/south/north

i m also using nokia 5130c mobile in rajasthan, BSNL not having the 5130 gprs setting so u have to use nokia 6600 setting or use manual setting.
follow steps which i got from bsnl jodhpur:-
