[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

I totally agree with this. I launched a compaint with Thoraipakkam, Chennai office and it is still pending after 5 days. BSNL worker who come to fix our line is only intended in getting bribe, they come home fix and ask for money. I have a feeling that they break it on purpose. I have decided to change the service provider and move to private company.

Pl activate my INBOX. I cannot receive mails but only send mail thru this id. pl do needful immediately

My mobile is [protected]. i tried to call BSNL customer care, there was no response and no reply for a long time. i am loosing Rs35 or Rs.40 suddenly and i dont know why. after 12 minutes i got connected to the customer care executive, but he did not speak anything but i heard other peoply talking in the background. he disconnected suddenly.
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE CENTER.

i have some problem to calling.i am in saral anath plane and same time iam in life time plane.so my expiring date of reache is 26/9/08.today means 28/9/08 i reached with topup 112 rupes.but its not accpting any out going call.plz check it.i have very urgent work.
i think urs service is not good compare to other services.beter to modify it.

mare validity 27 sep 08 ko puri ho rahi thi.mane 26 sep 08 ko 56/- Rs. se recharge kera liya 50/- mile per validity nahi badi. mane customer care per baat ki to bataya gya ki sare life time pre paid connection, new life time connection me change ker diya gaye hai or apko 225/- se recharge karana padega iske baad apki call rate 2/- se ghatker 1/- Rs. ho jaye gi. mene 225/ se recharge kera liya validity bad gayi per call rate aaj bhi 2/- Rs. lag rahi hai. mane custome care per baat ki to bole apki complante forward ker di gayi hai 24 hours me apki call 1/- ho jayegi per aaj 13 oct 08 tak call 2/- lag rahi hai .
plz meri problem ko solve karane ki kirpa kere.

I have purchaged a sim of BSNL from your dealer M/S Kandpal Sales, Haldwani, Nainital.under the scheme of "triple 200" my number is [protected] .till date it is not working no outgoing calls are made from this number. Even I have registered a complaint in your customer care the number is J[protected] and inquired several times but the responce "wait for 24 hours".It seems that an answering mechine is there where you feed one answer - Please wait 24 hours. Even I have complined again in your customer care centre and also personally meet your circle SDO at Haldwani but still waiting for solution. O!God help me.

BSNL is good, but the employees of bsnl are not so, i had face such a rude behavior of one lady in madipakkam customer care office (which is next to SBI Madipakkam), i went there to enquire about BSNL broadband connection, she said "what do you want? don't come here.. go to guindy bsnl office". don't know why BSNL appointed such a nice persons in customer care.

bsnl cellular services are good, but customer care is very poor. i am a prepaid customer of exel gold service. infact there will be a deduction of Rs. 70/- every month for activation of exel gold service from my prepaid credit. but on november month i got two deductions of each rs. 70/- i called customer care [protected] somany times to complaint on this regarding. every time i got an answer that the complaint is recorded, and being followed up. it is 4 days since this was happen. but no progress is there. and it was very horrible to catch an attendent on customer care.

I'm customer of BSNL Prepaid card from last one and half year, My mobile no. is [protected] my compailane no. / Docket no. 2698502 ; that compailane not solved yet still i received your compailane has resolved. i am follw up with customer care .number of time i call with Junior & Senior Officers from 05/11/2008 to till yet my query has not solved.
pls look in to that.
