[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

bsnl has customer care no. [protected] and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong.

BSNL — Calls are not matured

Hi,
I m the subscriber of Ranchi telecom district. From the last 6-7 days no call is matured easily. Only after hundreds of dialling attempts call matures. Without maturing calls deduction in prepaid balance is a common practice of BSNL.
The Worst Customer Support and staff employed... very rude to customers, dont have the problem solving ability, very poor knowledge about products and problems, very bad English...
Please let me where to complaint abot this ...

Sir,
I have been surfing net through BSNLEGPRS connection for few months.After downloading software updates from your site few days before my handset fails to connect BSNL GPRS service.Kindly do the needful.

Today i tried the BSNL customer care .After a long waiting they are lifting and simply disconnecting the line. It has happend 3 times . kindly instruct the the people who are sitting there in customer care to speak to the customers who are calling them for the informations .
i also met the same problem. for netcard they told i will get a speed of atleast 60kbps but it s downloading at 2 kbps. which is similar to airtel gprs. they are not responding properly and the people who work there also dont hav technical knowledge about this except very feww... i regret for the govt by having this kind of employee working for them . better to recruit young people to become good service provider and get consulting from a good consultant, even a b schoool fresher can provide some strategy for bsnl .
I had opted for a bsnl power plus plan on 10th Feb but did activate after 5 days and again I made the sms on 15th for the same but has still did not got activated after lodging so many complaints to the customer care agents/service.My cell no [protected].
[protected] who is this no. plz tell me all information this no. this no. are reg. who name & address.yesterday she will call and again to again torchar me. plz help

I am to bsnl customer on wll phone and i apply to application to internet of Rs-250/-unlimited and modem has to disconnected to 5 to 10mintes so what is the problem to solve them me
FM Blore : My no: [protected], i called up customer care but they have regeistered & given the complaint no: 411220. the problem was if i dail *123# & *102# i am not getting connected to that 2 numbers. kinldy solve the problem.

NokiaE71 — Phone is getting hang , menu key specially

I purchase the phone in march 16 2009, after 2 days menu key was getting hang, again 3 time it happens, i submitted to shree communication, pune, ph 25441431. After long wait of 12 days they gave me replacement of phone on 8april2009, but in vain. That night menu key got hang, i am now very angry about the product they are offering. I didn't download anything, no memory card only contacts feeded manually.

BSSL service sucks big time...
My landline phone goes dead every month and i always have to complain twice to get it fixed.
I am also using internet service on my BSNL phone which has the same trend and goes once every month and i have never seen it getting fixed in less than 10 days...
If this is the kind of service BSNL will keep providing, it will shut soon.
Dear sir...
i have changed to BSNL PLAN 299 on last Feb, 09, but i have not been told that a sequirity deposit of Rs 299 will be added in my bill. now i have received a Bill for the month of March 09...where 299 added twice in my bill(299+299) ..this is really unfortunate and regreetable as my plan was just to rededuce my telephone Bill.
will you please tell me what is the reason behind this?

i had many problems about internet . i asked many time customer care no. but every time no response .i don't belive customer care . if there are any person who has full knowledge . then solve my probs.
there was running internet on my hand set and personal computer but now from about 25 days there is no running internet my hand set . but running on comupter .i wanna run internet both handset and pc.

Yes, The BSNL customer care is really one of the worst things I have ever experienced in my life. The don't know the value of a customer and they simply ignore and treat the customers in the way they want. I have planned to change my telephone and my network.
my Mobile No is [protected], i have paid the bill on 05 may 09 but my mob service is still temp barred. you are requested look in to matter in addition that ihave paid the amount rs 1593 but i could not understand how it possible .please let me know the facts.

I have a bsnl pre paid life time SIM connection with no [protected]...from few days while switching on the set, message appears "SIM registration failed" kindly look into it & do the needfull urgently..
