[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

bsnl has customer care no. [protected] and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong.

I am holding B.S.N.L. landline Telephone No.[protected]; I am listening the incoming call, only our call is receiving; I can't listen to caller. I have made complaint in writing in Khandala Exchange of Satara Division.The concern officer Mr. Khandekar has not taking any action against my complaint.
Kindly arrange to pay attention in this & provide me the good service as B.S.N.L. is known for.

Dear Service Provider,
Recently I activated the GPRS service in my mobile [protected] with APN as gprseast.cellone.in, and I cannot get Yahoomail & Rediffmail in my inbox mail set up . I am using nokia E71 and previous to post paid sim I used a pre-paid [protected] which was GPRS activated with www.e.pr as the APN by which I could retrive my Yahoo & rediffmail, and from the portal the APN for post paid is www.e.po, why is my APN changed to gprseast.cellone.in and why www.e.po APN is not working in my phone?

CAN WE CHANGE OUR HOME NETWORK(LSA) WITHOUT CHANGING OUR NUMBER?

For eg-
I have a connection of Maharastra and i got transfered to Kolkata. then can i avail the same number at Kolkata.

Sir, on 2-7-2009 in my mobile account cut Rs. 20 for "monthly islam devotional service" and Rs. 50 for "mega comboBSNL alerts service". Sir i am not interested in this scheme so please cancil this services. and back my money in my account.

my cell.no.[protected].i am receiving unwanted ring tones and back round music from 56700.and amount is being charged from this number.today at14.39hrs i have received two no.of messages stating that bsnl tunes charged.Rs.37/-rupees thirtyseven only.
i tried to contact customer care no.s [protected]/ [protected].but getting wrong reply.
you may pl go thro the complaint and revoke the unwanted tunes and messages from the above numbers.

I am not getting my mobile's GPRS settings from BSNL from 27/07/2009. i made a complaint to customer care, they wrote my complaint and my complaint id was G[protected] and i was told that i will get my settings through a call from BSNL within 48 hours. But still on 29/07/2009, i did not get any kind of call or settings as well. again i dial customer care and my complaint was refroward and my new complaint id was G[protected] and now i was told that on tomorrow till 12 pm i will get these settings onto my mobile phone but the results are as same as previous. Today is 30/07/209 and the time is 1:52 pm and i haven't get any kind of settings. That is the service of customer care. I there is anyone seeing my msg please provide me my FLY DS410 set's settings my number is [protected].

BSNL — a neglecting and rude behavior

I CALLED THE BSNL LANDLINE HELPLINE NO 1500 IN JAIPUR RAJASTHAN.BUT A REPRESENTATIVE NAMED ""RAMSWAROOP"" WAS THERE WHO WAS SO BUSY THAT TALKED SO RUBBISHLY.AND WHEN I SAID THAAT I WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT ABT YOU THEN HE WAS SO RUDE AND I ASKED HIM TO LET ME TALK TO THE SENIOR BUT HE CUT THE CALL BY SAYING THAT I AM MOST SENIOR HERE AND NO BODY CAN DO ANYTHING OF ME.I THINK IN A GOVT OR SEMI GOVT ORGANISATION U CAMT BE THE SUPER POWER THAT U CAN NEGLECT THE WAY OF TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER.KINDLY TAKE SOME APPROPRIATE ACTIONS B/C THIS IS THE REALITY OF CUSSTOMER CARE.I HOPE U WILL NOT NEGLECT LIKE THIS AND WILL MAIL ME THE ACTION OR CONCERNED REPORT FOR THAT.OTHERWISEE AN INDIAN ACT NAMED AS RTI IS ALSO THERE...ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST PLZ DO SOMETHING...
