[Resolved]  BSNL Data One — to know portal id and password.

i want to know my user id n password.. for usage check

I have changed my BSNL portal user id and password.But I have made my browser to remind my password.Now I've forgotten my password, and when I try to enter to my account I have the only way to access throw my only browser.But the main problem is that when I enter to my account I find the tag in the welcome section scripting 'Welcome sanjeeva P'.I can't even access my usage.Please help me ...
