BSNL Dataone — Very Low Speed and Poor link connectivity | |
We're a Bsnl Broadband Consumer and our connectivity to internet is very poor and the speed is very slow, Thats some 15Kbps for the promised 2Mbps Speed. We're facing this problem for the past 4 months and inspite of many complaints filed no action has been taken place.I've also attached the proof as a picture. The speedtest was conducted by the very own speedtest tool of BSNL DATAONE. Please Consider this and try to make some improvement. Was this information helpful? | |

Sub: Telephone no:[protected]. Complaint of in-continuity broad band connection.
The broad band connection is not consistent. It beaks every 5 minutes. I called to 1500 I didn’t get correction solution yet.

net is not connected & whenever connected it is getting disconnected within few minutes.

PROBLEM- very low speed (Just 2kbps to 15 kbps )& DIsconnect after few sec or mins & noise disturbance in Phone .
Requesting you to take some action against BSNL as soon as possible.

Yes, Even I have the same problem with this DATA ONE service of bsnl. The speeds are to low and this specially happened when I upgraded from their 500 plan to 750 plan. Even their Customer service and complaints people are least responsible and hardly interested in their jobs, which they do at their own leisure and sweet will. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS!

dataone — low speed and low connectivity
i have dataone connection 250 startup plan but i am suffering from many problems from the first very day such as low speed, low connectivity. also i can not see my usage detail .please help me.
