[Resolved] BSNL, ERNAKULAM, KOLENCHERY — POOR SERVICE
I AM HAVING LAND LINE NO:[protected] and a broadband connectivity taken in June, 2009.
In the pretext of doing underground cabling & for smooth Broadband connectivity, cabling is done in a disturbing manner (cabling joint box is not well fixed and is hanging in front of my front wallside., cabling not done on a straight line from public road/just about 6 inches deep in the soil etc., No earmarking done so as to locate the underground cabling leading to disturbances for our agricultural activity in our land fearing breakage of the line. Since no earmarking is given to distinguish the undergroung cabling, we had to pull it up from one side and keep it atop the surface while ploughing the land for farm activity and the line got broke on 11/06/2009 . Complaint was registered in person at Kolenchery Exchange on 12/06/09 at 10 am and one lineman came to the site and gone without repairing the cable. He advised to deposit the repair charges Ist to the Exchange, which is the point of dispute now. Since the cabling is done wrongly even disturbing our farming activity and not as per the BSNL guidelines, it should be duty of the BSNL to replace/repair the cabling without any billing to the consumer. Now the phone is working due to our joining the cables manually by ourselves, which may not last for long.
Hope the problem will be attended to our satisfaction at the earliest.
