[Resolved] BSNL Evdo Internet Data Card — Customer care personnel are very irresponsible, deliberately disconnect and hang off the phone so that it always comes busy.
Dear sir/ Madam,
My name is Dr Suresh Kumar and I am going to complaint regarding the BSNL customer care service. I bought BSNL EVDO internet data card 3 months back. Since then very rarely I was able to talk to any customer care personnel. I have 2 customer care numbers[protected] and[protected]. The first one keeps ringing and no one picks up and the second one is busy all the time. During these 3months, only twice I was able to talk to customer care personnel in spite of repeated uncountable attempts of calling spread over period of weeks.
Even when I connected, customer care personnel talks very rudely and does not pay any attention your problem. They seem to somehow ignore you and also they lied to me once. I totally ignored this situation until today (14 July 2009) when I was very upset by their behavior.
My BSNL EVDO is supposed to have 2 mbps speed but for the last 2 weeks it’s very slow (even less than 126 kbps). To know the reason I called[protected] and the customer care personnel did respond this time by picking up the phone but instead of answering question he just gives another number which happens to be[protected], which is the same number I attempted several times in the past, which is always busy. But on 14 July 2009, the second number was not busy and the customer care personnel answers the phone.
As soon as he understood my question he hangs up the phone and then he makes repeated attempts to check whether I am still online. I deliberately did not hang up my phone to know what was going on. After 6 minutes, I disconnected and tried again and it became busy thereafter. It is very obvious that customer care personnel are not doing their job.
I am very disappointed by this behavior. I hope someone will attend to this and try to solve the problem.
