i made a complaint on 25-10-10 to bsnl to deactivate my service of game on demand. till today i got no response from bsnl.

I am a student residing in Surat.last month i received a call from BSNL telling me to subscribe to games on demand and that it was free. but i have never visited that site nor is it o[censored]se to me.i tried to call the number they have given to unsubscribe but , that number is not answered . this month i have got a bill of rs 400 for the games that i have never played..so kindly help me in this regard.. BSNL is cheating us by forcibly thrusting upon us the games we don't want and not allowing us to unsubscribe.my telephone no is[protected]

I am bharat and i am staying in amalapuram. Two months back one of my family member has opted for the BSNL GOD games. But the service is still continue and charges Rs 200/- plus tax is being collected. The services to be deactivated immediate effect and charges collected to be refunded.
