[protected] On receipt of a message reg. Humshakal services, I have
accepted the invitation with out knowing that for Humshakal services, GPRS
is required. Hence I am not able to use the services even once, but my account is
being debited with Rs10/= very often. Since I am not using the services, please
arrange to unsubscribe and refund the amount debited to my account.

Sir. my mobile no as well +91-[protected] is also in the list.they are deducting money every 15 days for nothing and there is no unsubscribe option available.This is not fare to cheat people like this.First when I got a message, there was nothing like they will deduct money just for nothing.I think we can register a consumer case against this humshakal service.

HUMSHAKAL SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE CHEATING PEOPLE AND DEDUCTING RENEWAL CHARGES EVERY MONTH. THEY ARE ALSO GIVING THANKS FOR RENEWING THEIR SERVICES AFTER FORCEFULLY DEDUCTING THE CHARGES WITHOUT ANY CONSENT. THEIR SERVICES CANNOT BE STOPPED / UNSUBSCRIBED AS NO WORKABLE OPTION IS PROVIDED FOR THE SAME WITH THE CONTACT NO. THAT COULD BE ACCESSED. BSNL SHOULD, THEREFORE, TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD AND STOP THE SERVICES OF HUMSHAKAL TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF THEIR CONSUMERS.
