Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pls resolve our complaint immediatedly. Without our knowledge BSNL hungama plan has been activated from May month.


From our May month bill we came to know that hungama plan has been activated with excess of bill amount RS 250 we have submitted our complaint to our local BSNL office(GOBI) to unsubscribe the plan & to refund the amount from next bill last month itself but no use.

Today we had received June month bill inculding hungama plan with excess amount of RS 347. Till now we have not yet used this plan.

Pls deactivate the BSNL hungama plan immediatedly & also try to refund the amount or adjust with next bill.

I had sent a mail to deactivate hungama on my land [protected]. Also I got mail that hungama is unsubscribed.but in last bill (june) again charged for this.please deactivate full hungama service from my land phone.
